All services on my vehicles have been performed by Gunn

All services on my vehicles have been performed by Gunn GMC. Customer service is an area that I expect as a customer to be top priority. Hope they can turn around and provide better customer service and a clear understanding of the service process and wait time. A lot of wasted time can be saved to all parties if they just simply communicate properly upfront with all customers regardless of the service needed and communicate properly of the overall health of vehicles. Receiving service recommendations from the local Firestone after servicing my vehicle by Gunn GMC really makes me question their multipoint inspection, report of findings and service recommendations.

The service was great!

The service was great! Was having issues with my Sierra starting. Turns out it was a bad battery. So they replaced the battery and while my truck was there I had them change the oil. They had me fixed up and on the road in a short time.

I came in without an appointment (as usual) and Jesse and

I came in without an appointment (as usual) and Jesse and Juan were able to get me in the line up for two recall, services, 45000 mile scheduled maintenance and an electrical glitch caused by the improper installation of a truck bed cap at another (now out of business truck accessory shop). It did take most of the day since there was quite long line ahead of me but there was plenty of coffee. I?m always greeted with a smile when I come in and have never been turned away. This not my first 5 star review for Gunn GMC and it probably won?t be my last.
