The salesman was great he did what he could do but no

The salesman was great he did what he could do but no deal. On the other hand the finance department just the opposite. I took a 7 point hit on my credit report. Jordan Ford threw my S.S. # all over . I called Jordan Ford and let them know that I am not a very happy person. They informed me that this is common practice. Ok common practice with out # 1 MY CONSENT # 2 DID NOT INFORM # 3 The salesman was unaware of the finance companies that his company was using . People work hard to maintain their credit score and then you see in a flash a 7 point loss. Not HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2011 Corvette from Jordan Motorcars in San

I bought a 2011 Corvette from Jordan Motorcars in San Antonio, Texas in August 2024. My 69 birthday was at the end of August and I had decided after owning every muscle car under the sun that I was going to cash in on a few investments a buy myself a Corvette as I’m not getting any younger. I had found several nice cars, but no dealerships that I felt comfortable with. Their “ no hassle non negotiable” way of doing business told me stay away. I came across a nice Corvette at Jordan Motorcars and made a inquiry. Ray Martinez called me back and I was immediately impressed with him. I couldn’t believe I had found a car salesman that was a nice guy, but Ray is a winner. We negotiated back and forth and came up with a price that worked for both of us. They found a few things wrong with the car after the agreement on the price and they made it right with no change in the price to me. I would say that the guys at Jordan Motorcars say what they will do and then they do what they say. A rarity in the world we live in today. Thanks Ray and Jordan Motorcars for the honesty and integrity that y’all showed towards me. I’m a very satisfied customer..

I bought a 2002 C 5 Corvette, and it had the slave

I bought a 2002 C 5 Corvette, and it had the slave cylinder manual transmission problem which is endemic to the C 5, unhappy with the Chevy Dealer, I went to Jordan knowing they sold many sports cars. Well, Chris Hayson, the service manager, replaced the main clutch cylinder and then concluded it was the slave. He recommended I got to THE C 5 expert, another repair shop. He arranged for my car to be transported and did not mark up th cost of that transport. The second shop specialized in C5 repair and finally my car was fixed. This would not have happened if Chris had not directed me to OK Lethal Performance, thank you Chris!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware...

I bought a $49,000 2011 Shelby Mustang GT500 from Jordan Motorcars in March 2021 with a 3 month warranty. Within a few weeks the transmission went out. The car had to be towed in and, because it was under warranty, they rebuilt the transmission. They made the "repairs" in a couple of weeks, but when I got the car back it almost immediately got a check engine light. I took the car back in and the service people at Jordan said they couldn't find anything wrong and said it must be happening because it was a different transmission type than the car was manufactured with (it had been changed from a manual to automatic transmission by the original owner). As I kept driving it the transmission started slipping a bit and would fall out of gear at stoplights. I told Jordan again what was happening, took it in (because the 3 month warranty was almost up), and again, they couldn't find anything wrong. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. My transmission started to slip badly so I took it to a professional transmission repair shop. When they dropped the transmission it was shot. Burned out clutches. A shaft stuck in a forward drum. A wide range of damage. This was after only about 2,500 miles of driving a day or 2 a week! So it ended up costing me another $3,000+ because the technicians at Jordan either don't know how to properly repair transmissions, don't know how to diagnose transmission problems, or both -- and of course, the warranty period had long passed since the repairs weren't further warranted. So I registered a complaint with the BBB to try to recoup some of my money. In their response sales management claimed I was expecting a repair after 9 months. No, I was only expecting that the repair under warranty was done correctly. It wasn't. And the service department claimed I hadn't alerted them to any continuing problems because I "never called or came back for any other issue" after June 2021. This is not true as I have a text to my salesman in July discussing how a service team member had agreed to look at the slipping transmission (which they supposedly did, but told me they couldn't find anything wrong) while the car was on site to get paint work done. The text was sent in July -- so saying they hadn't heard from me since June was disingenuous, at best. They offered no compensation for their shoddy work and inability to diagnose a problem. I had asked to recoup some of my money (not all) but they never entertained the notion and took no responsibility. I would have been happy with them paying half, but they seem to think a satisfied customer isn't worth $1,500. And to add insult to injury, they offered to buy back my car (after THEIR appraisal) after I have already put in several thousand dollars to fix it properly. And they called this an act of "good will." This incident shows why used car sales people have negative stereotypes attached to them. And you can see below in other comments that service after the sale is not a priority. If you buy a car from this place, which I don't recommend, you better hope the vehicle you buy doesn't experience a mechanical problem.

We purchased our car in March 2021. The car went in for service (AC) last week (Aug 05, 2021). We received the same 5 star rating during service as we did when we purchase the car. The manager (Andy), the salesman (Dan), the finance manager (Al) were just as friendly and helpful as the first time. This time we dealt with the service manager (Chris). He too was pleasant to work with. My car was ready within hours of it being dropped off (without any appointment). Hats off to Andy for running a great dealership. We will certainly be back when the time comes to buy again and hope to deal with the same great people at Jordan Motors.

once you get your vehicle noone wants to help..3 wks in and we had issues (check engine/ transmission light came on, lost power on the freeway) I have voice-mail stating they could not help us to take it elsewhere. I was told to leave my kids home alone if I was worried..after we told them we were afraid to drive a vehicle that was losing power all the way to them. We weren't offered a loaner , we were told the manager was upset that we didn't want to pay the 100 dollar deductible so we weren't getting one. Truck gets there all they did was disconnect a battery an clean terminals.,(I have paperwork showing) we drive off an 2 miles down the road it happened again!! we called back no answer, finally they call an leave that voicemail for us to take it somewhere else. . According to the salesman we left a bad taste in everyone's mouth because we wouldn't pay the deductible! 3wks in on a vehicle we shouldn't have to pay the deductible on a transmission issue. we were told at least 6 times "well u did buy a used car" yes used but you shouldn't have sold us a vehicle that was going to have issues not even 3 wks in. while all this is happening we were nice , not once were we rude.We ended up going to a Jeep dealership, where we were actually helped..If you have a family, and rely on your vehicle please do not go here. been almost 2 wks and not a single call from anyone at Ford motorcars, thats why I came to leave the review I waited to see if anyone would call to see what happened but nothing...once they get your money and trade in car , thats it they do not care! **AS PER COMMENT LEFT BY CHRIS** WE WERE NEVER GIVEN A LOANER CAR, YOU REMEMBER US SAYING WE NEEDED SOMETHING TO USE CAUSE WE HAD KIDS, BUT WE WERE TOLD NO BECAUSE THE 100 DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE WAS WAIVED, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH CAR I WAS LOANED, THATS A JOKE WE NEVER GOT ONE*** At 7/20/20 we got a call from our salesman that we left a bad taste in the other guys mouth because we did not want to pay the $100 dollar deductible, but i shouldnt have transmission issues 3 wks in either, but he was going to call us back an see what he can do about getting us a loaner. which we have yet to hear from Andy either. This update was made 8/2/20 . Actually NO FOLLOW-UP from anyone, until chris posted the comment under the review, with FALSE INFORMATION on the loaner. 05/2021 still no call , patiently waiting.

Best Car Shopping Experience EVER

Jordan Motorcars gave us by far the best car shopping experience we have ever had. From the minute we called to verify the car we wanted was available, then arrived at the dealership to the time we left, we experienced nothing but top-notch service. Our salesman, Mr. Dan Aragon, is a true professional. He was courteous and kind and never pressured or rushed us as we took our time looking over our car. We had anticipated spending the whole day at the dealership, as these things tend to go. But no, we were wrapped up within 3 hours. We had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Mr. Andy DeLeon, who worked really hard at getting us the most out of our trade. The finance manager, Mr. Al Garcia, was also amazing. We were bracing for the typical “last minute sales pitch” on items that we were not interested in and that never happened with Mr. Al. I realized hours after I left that I had left a personal item on our trade in, and Dan went the extra mile by removing it and holding it for us. All the staff we encountered were respectful, polite, professional, and kind; it was the closest thing to buying from a friend that you could possibly get from a dealership. Jordan Ford, the owner of the this dealership, ought to be proud of this staff and, when the time comes to buy again, we will look to Jordan Motors first.
