Refusal of service
I was refused service on a 2020 Nissan Altima because I did not purchase it from them. I now have to go to a different dealership that does not mind if I purchased my vehicle there or not to get it fixed. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous thing. My family and I will never do business with them if this is how they treat people.

I called today to see if they could put a diagnostic on my 04 Nissan Frontier XE Truck. They told me yes just to bring it in, would not take long. Told the gentleman I was speaking to I would bring it in on my lunch break. Once there I was informed they would not do a diagnostic on it nor work on it beings it was over 10 years old. I have never heard of such a thing. I was willing to pay for a diagnostic and they refused to do it.

Adding a $5,000 market premium to their vehicles. States it's for window etching that you cannot decline. The sales person said "Take it or leave it" Nothing like taking advantage of customers. We definitely left it and went out of town to a better dealership. Nissan states they are going to crack down on this despicable behavior but that has not happened yet.
