i went to purchase another new car from her dealership , and i had a breakdown in finance managers office ,,,wanted the car i was purchasing , but had... other things going on in my personal life ,,,he stopped the sell and talked with me , was kind , caring , and sincere ,,, i will only do business here ...they have me asa lifetime customer .
Bought our used 2010 Camaro and our salesperson was really professional. They put new tires and we were on our way. That was 3 years ago and we have been... using it ever sense. Great deal!

We had called about purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer on a Tuesday and confirmed with them that we would be visiting on Saturday to test drive... and purchase if everything was OK. We arrived on Saturday and test drove the vehicle and started negotiations. We had their first offer and counteroffered. The salesman then informed us that someone else was there to buy the vehicle and basically sold it to them. There reason why, the other person had talked to the GM on Friday about the vehicle and he made the decision to sell it to them instead of us even though we were there first and had started negotiating. To me this is very unethical behavior on their part. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if this is how they treat their customers.
I found exactly the vehicle I wanted on cars.com and contacted the dealership by e-mail. The Nissan Xterra was ready for me to test drive when I arrived... at the dealership, and I bought it for the advertised price. The entire purchase process took less than 2 hours, and I was treated with respect.
We were greeted by Sue Hebert, we expressed our desire to test ride a nice Camaro. We were there only a few minutes and we told them what we would be willing... to pay for the car. The next day they called us and the deal was done. The day we made the deal they had barbecued and we had lunch with them at the dealership. They treated us like family.
