We worked with Ariana, Manny and Zach. They were all extremely helpful with our search and with the purchasing process. It was amazing to have such great service, and we got the deal done super fast. They were even willing to drive to Lake City to pick up another one I was interested in, but I chose to buy the one that was here instead. 10/10 would refer people to them and would use them again in the future.

The dealer was great. They saved me a trip to Texas by meeting me on my trade-in and great deal on the Sierra EV. And since I lived a couple cities over, they drove the truck directly to me.

I scheduled my appointment for my 2023 GMC Denali online
I scheduled my appointment for my 2023 GMC Denali online for 10am on July 1, 2025. I arrived at 9:50 am. The service advisor promptly greeted me and entered the information for the appointment. An oil and cabin air filter change. I told the service advisor that I would waiting for my vehicle. He said it would be ready around 11:45 am. Ok, I brought work with me so no big deal. At noon I started wondering what was going on but I understand that they were busy. Most other dealerships will come let you know what is going on but not here. At 12:15, I went to ask what the status was. My service advisor was not around. They said it would be another 10 minutes. At 12:35, I want back and asked again. They said they just had to change the cabin air filter and they would be done. At 1pm, I went back and my service advisor said "I was surprised to still see you here, sorry I had something come up". Now that is ridiculous...not good customer service at all. By the time I left it was 1:12...1 hour and 28 minutes after they would it be done. If they would have just communicated and let me know what was going on....customer service 101. I travel all over the US and this has been one of the worst dealerships that I have been to. Not to mention, there was oil smudge marks all over my hood. I will definitely not be going back to this dealership. I told the service advisor that, his response, "Sorry you feel that way".
