I was negotiating a purchase. They sold the car right out from under me! It had been on their lot 80 DAYS. They had the audacity to say if the sale drops out I have first dibs....... LOL NEVER! Karma is a (you know what).

I was pushed into buying a vehicle from them being a
I was pushed into buying a vehicle from them being a woman we have this problem what was a 26,999 car became a 35,450 car after all the fees and yet here I am still having an issue with my brakes and the shown to have very poor business practices over it even going so low to have an employee come and talk about going threw a mud puddle and his brakes having issues instead of fixing the problem the bbb has issues with them along with several other people with problems they refuse to fix just giving poor excuses for everything

My son purchased a vehicle from Gainesville GMC.
My son purchased a vehicle from Gainesville GMC. It was an out of state purchase. The money was wired. From there on the nightmare began. I would caution anyone to do business elsewhere. I flew down to pick it up, was told it was all set. An hour into an 18 hour drive home I realize I have no license plate or registration papers. Fast forward 3 months dealing with incompetence and excuses paperwork was mailed to my son and he had to register the vehicle even though he had paid the dealership to do it

Buying a car is one thing, but having a dealership treat you so well AFTER the sale for the life of the car is what matters most. Collison Center Sucks Stay AWAY!!!
In 2021 we used this place to repair our car when we hit a deer. Took 3 months to get it back as they wanted to say our part was sitting in the ocean on a barge due to the government (which I know there was a ton stuck out there) but after 3 months they finally found the part mismarked in a shop in Miami. But there were also some screw ups that didn't get fixed and when we brought it to them after this last accident just over a month now, they refuse to fix the repairs they screwed up with the deer damage. And handed us back a car on 2/23/23 that was so green (on a black car) you could hardly see the black and couldn't even check their work job it was so dirty. We have been fighting with them the whole time they had our car about fixing the issues from before that we think all this current problems are coming from that. They claimed they did a total inside and out detail on my car on Tuesday the 21st. There is no way in the world that the way it looks that it was done 2 days before. I live under a ton of trees and my car can sit for more than that and not get that bad. And due to a new paint job the car has to be washed by hand. My husband cannot do it as he's injured and now have to pay a ton of money to keep it washed and even check for the repair work. NEVER again will this sorry place get any work from us and I hope this will help others not to go there. I am going to use this same comment on any page I can about the place. I hate that I can't give it a lower rating than a 1 star to post this. It's not even a 1 star place. They had no care in the world about our issues.
