Oil Change and Tire Rotation

The service to my vehicle was professional, courteous, timely and my vehicle was cleaned despite a storm was on the way. Initially, I was considering waiting for another day to complete the work, but I am pleased to get it done in a timely manner!

Avoid like the plague

I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing here. The purchase process honestly wasn’t too bad, but it’s the service after the sale that is beyond regretful. Long story short, I purchased a brand new car and had all sorts of issues. The service department was decent but the GM is something is a shiesty MF. He sang a good song about wanting to help and then offered for us to eat $10k to trade in a car less than 30 days old and offered about $50 off a new one for our troubles. 1 year later I’m having another problem and they refuse to look at the vehicle. I’ll never spend a dime on a GM, Sterling McCall, or any other Group 1 dealership again.

Ac work

Amazing Experience

Sterling McCall Buick Service

Mr. Zapata was nice; however, it took a long time to pinpoint why the electronics in the dash were not working. It was discovered that a part of the circuitry was replaced with a part not compatible with the make and model of my car. Repairing it along with along with replacing other light bulbs came to approximately $900.00 bucks. I decided to forgo the dash repairs and have the others done. That came to $571.05. I had to borrow the money to pay. When I got home, I discovered a piece of the front stripping on the passenger side was gone.
