The staff was very courteous and prompt.

The staff was very courteous and prompt. My problem was diagnosed and solved very swiftly. The porters really did a great job job on washing my truck.

I made an online appointment for the 70K mile service.

I made an online appointment for the 70K mile service. Among the 3 price choices, i chose the middle one, 10+ items supposely to be done for $119.95. However, they practically only did an oil change, charged me $95.92 without any explanations. They didn't even pretend to find a reason to under-deliver. I guess the online appointment packages are just false advertising to lull you in, so they can make money off you. If i knew all i am getting is an oil change, i can go to my neighborhood mechanic shop, pay half the price and a lot more convenience.
