I had such a great experience getting my first car at Santa Fe Ford. They made the process so easy and quick. I will definitely recommend going here.

Be thinking about this for awhile but decided to write my review and not I do not like bad reviews but just been on my chest. Went to get my truck on a Saturday after setting up time for me to be there. He came out of office to see us and when we stated truck not even detailed and cleaned as we had to pay dealer prep charges, "His reply was well have limited people in back so look who oi work with. Was very surprised by his statement and told him you charging me dealer prep I want truck clean as truck not even detailed and had to wait over a hour. He drove truck back and came san sat in hi office and did not even come back out to speak with us. Friend of mine and wife both commented on how bad this experience was and time wasted as wife was ready to leave so fired up. Maybe Mr. Ron Hinson wasa in another world that Saturday morning but had time over 48 hours to get truck ready and then to not even come back out and speak with us as he knew we were upset wasting our time as should have been in and out within hour not over the 2 hours it took. I can say one of the worst Truck Buying Experiences I've ever had.. Sorry for bad review but just being honest so maybe it will not happen again to someone else.

Clean, friendly, accommodating. Ron Hinson our salesman for the last 3 or 4 vehicles came in on a Sunday, his day off to meet with us.

Zach was an awesome salesman, very helpful, not pushy and Jonathan got my financing done in record time. Great experience. My second vehicle purchase from this dealership and great experience both times

I like the casual atmosphere and they get to you quicker than the Gainesville ford dealer. However, not one person working there wore a mask and it was unclear whether they were sanitizing anything. Saw no use of sanitizer by anyone during the hour or so I was in the Service Dept. Alachua county requires masks be worn indoors. I felt my safety was not a major concern. Will go back to Gainesville where customer safety is a priority.
