Worst service I?ve had in years!!! My car has been in and out of the dealership 6 times in the past month and a half for the exact same problem and they still have not fixed my screen. I?m very disappointed with how I?ve been treated.

I really liked my serve girl Tiffany. I do t like the fact I have to make my service appointment so far in advance in order together a loaner car without being charged for it

Poor Communication
Communication was poor. Although we advised our service rep that we had an extended warranty to cover the A/C repairs, no requests for further information was made. Days later we received an estimate of over $3k for the repair. Our email and phone calls were not responded to until we communicated with another rep - it was only then that we were asked for the warranty information. (Our Range Rover was purchased at this dealership so all the information should have been available to them.) We also asked for the inspection to be completed. When we attempted to register our vehicle online, it indicated that our inspection couldn't be verified. When I contacted the service rep, she said she "meant" to tell us when we picked up the vehicle that the inspection couldn't be completed. Finally, the actual repair of the A/C was only $1600 (insurance covered) versus their original estimate. It made us question whether Land Rover Houston Central had inflated the original estimate to us but when the warranty covered the repair, the cost was half the estimate. We purchased our vehicle from this dealership and have had all our repairs and maintenance handled by them, including our jaguar. We were really disappointed.

Poor Service
Not happy with my last visit, went in for recall work and oil change, 5hr job. Rep called 6hr later said she forgot to get me to sign release form. What asked why work was not comp, since it was 5hr job, got no answer. Everyone of Tiffany Medina text was in all caps. Dropped off car on Tue, called and text late Wed for status, no answer, no return call, call Thur still no return call, until late Thur via text, again in all Caps. They wanted me to release them of any liabilities just to change my oil, how much can go wrong changing old, something I do every 6-8 months. Not signing my life away just to change oil. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Jaguar Houston Central, located in Katy Texas should consider diversity training for the staff to reduce prejudice, discrimination, and racial profiling. The saying "you never get a second chance to make a first impression", is true. When making big purchases I always make it a habit of dressing down. I do this intentionally to see what the core values really are of the business. We walked through the doors and were basically overlooked for several minutes. Even before reviewing my credit, I was told I didn't qualify. After being adamant that there is no way this could be the case the sales rep did her job and we walked out with our vehicle. (2nd visit)The process of scheduling a maintenance visit was great, however, when making a follow-up call I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany M. This lady should NOT have a customer-facing role, at best she should be in the back far away from any customer interaction. She was rude and condensing and the worst part of the dealership. I will likely never visit this dealership again.
