I have purchased/leased 3 vehicles from this dealer over the past 6 years. They have an awesome sales and service department and always go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy. 5 Stars across the board for this team!

My sales person was effective and attentive, as expected.
My sales person was effective and attentive, as expected. There was the usual push to purchase service packages I don?t want or need but I expect this. Working through the financing was easy and organized. Upon completing the transaction, the sales person walked me to my car and handed me one key. I asked for the second key and it wasn?t until this moment that I was told the other key isn?t available to me. This is now going to be several hundred dollars and a trip to a dealership to have the 2nd key made or I have to live on the edge with one key and if it?s misplaced or irreparably damaged I?m in a terrible predicament. This wasn?t disclosed until the paperwork was completed and I was ready to leave in my new purchase. Makes me wonder what else wasn?t disclosed.

Sold me a audi q5, didnt let me take it home, when I finally was able to pick it up it it wasn't done the way it was supposed to be. Then when they finally drove it for less than 48 hours I wanted my old audi back and they pushed the sale paperwork through and made me buy my old audi from them. Absolutely do not buy from these people. They sold me a car that they said was the same package as my old car then I came to find out it wasn't at all.
