    Extremely poor customer service and failed to take an initiative to resolve a problem that was totally caused by them. Seek service elsewhere if you have... the option to do so for your Audi. Needed a 55K miles service for my Audi A6 3.0 that I purchased at this dealership. Made an appointment online on their website and received a confirmation of the date and time of the appointment . When I arrived on time at the service center after a 45 minute drive from home for my appointment, I was told by the service rep that they could no longer take my car in because they were too busy. He said I should have called them on the phone instead of using the website. Why have an option to book service on the website if customers are expected to call? Why accept appointments if you are not able to fulfill them? The person at the desk was very abrasive and was like it was not his fault and there was nothing he could do about it. There was not even an attempt made to find alternatives to resolve the problem. Extremely poor attitude by the service desk rep to the whole - he was like tough luck but he could not do anything about it. Come back another day and we will look into it They had no respect for the time I had wasted getting into the appointment and did not care to solve the problem that was totally their fault. When I booked the appointment online, I received a confirmation email from the Service Manager so I reached out to him. No response. No follow up to explain or provide reasoning on why the appointment was not honored. No attempt to resolve or reschedule. Nothing. The confirmation email for the appointment was filled with how dedicated they were to customer service and all the options when I dropped off the car including they had including loaner cars, shuttles and drop offs. Nothing on that email turned out to be true. It said they were there to make sure that this would be a good customer experience. The opposite is what my experience was. No loaners, no shuttle service and no drop offs. This has happened before when I have done previous services as well at this location. They never seem to have it available when you need it. Either it is not a day they offer it or they don’t have any cars - different versions of the same story. Everything on that email assuring excellent customer service and convenience proved to be false. Overall be prepared to have a poor experience when visiting and waiting for your service.

    My 3rd leased car with Audi broke down prior to the turn in. The sales rep Luis Ponce said he would make it easy to get into a new lease. I have always... wrapped any overage miles into the cost of a new lease. He called me live to discuss this. Unfortunately I didn't record him or review the contract carefully when he brought it out. I trusted Audi. 3 months later I get a bill for overage. He admits we had the conversation to me, but no one else. I was passed around to GM's who clearly did not care about retaining my business or coming to some sort of concession. I will never work with Audi again, will turn this one in as soon as feasible - if you work with this location, you better check every detail. They are not honest. He took advantage of a bad situation where I was stuck with no transportation or child care. Disappointing...you would think a long term client would mean something. Take that to heart when you pick a dealer. When you look at the recent reviews, you can see things are declining.

    They have posters and flyers telling you that as a part of your buying experience that you'll have "rim repair service". What they don't tell you is that... you have to pay for that. They also charge you for "upgraded security service" on your vehicle that is only a few decals they place on your windows. You're lead to believe it's a "service", but it's actually a "charged service".

    Fantastic experience at this dealership. Been buying BMW's for 25 years. I went to check out the Audi dealership to see what they had to offer. I set an... appointment on line with their sales representative Stephen Reed and Stephen did an exceptional job. Honest, straightforward, professional, patient and accommodating, Stephen is a credit to the Audi organization and a first class salesperson. I started with an S5 in mind - great car, but then saw the RS5. What a beast this is, better handling than comparable Mercedes AMGs or BMW M series. Great job to everyone at Audi West Houston and in particular Stephen, unlike so many other luxury brands, he will earn your business as opposed to expect it. It is very rare to come across such professionalism in my experience even with luxury brands.

    A truly friendly and hassle free car buying process. Ahmad and Cristian are an example of customer service and walked me through the new car buying process... and addressed my questions and catered to my needs. I could test drive several Q8 models to see the differences, was offered different options of trims and packages and had no financing hassle experience. No pushing of financial products and mindful of my request to keep things very simple. The showroom is very clean and spacious, social distancing well considered and the car detailed impeccably. I am very appreciate of your friendliness during such a big purchase moment, thanks!

    I would like to thank Audi West for the superior quality service and friendliness demonstrated by Ahmad during our purchase of a new Audi Q8 SUV last week.... Ahmad and his team were very transparent during the process, helpful and responsive, from the sharing of options to the test drive to the final purchase. He and his team provided top class service and I am very thankful for this. They remove all the stress and anxiety typically associated with the purchase of a new car. I highly recommend this dealership!

    an Audi Q3 for my wife from Audi West Houston. I shopped around and finally Stephen was able to help me with the car I was searching for. Stephen and Billy... gave me such a sweet deal that I ended up buying it right there and then. Finance manager, Mr. Cancel also made paperwork an easy process. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Thank you!

    I will never drive anything but an Audi and would never consider any dealer but Audi West. I just got my second Q5 and my Salesperson, Dana, was very knowledgeable,... supportive, professional and not pushy in any way. John Dakus is THE go to guy for excellent service. Octavio was so helpful in Finance and Shelley was excellent in showing me how to take advantage of all the advanced technology that my new car offers. I highly recommend this dealership.
