My sales guy Bernie was great. I got a great deal and ended up with the vehicle I really wanted. There were also some repairs that needed to be done... (it was a slight hassle, but not too bad) and they were done pretty quickly. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Had 60,000 mile service performed. Dealer did a great job including finding some items that were repaired under the warranty that was about to expire.
The extra protection I was encouraged to buy when I bought my vehicle didn't really work out when I brought it in. What I was told at time of purchase... and what was actually done are completely different. I have a ding on my vehicle, which I was told could be taken care of (by the finance guy when I bought my SUV), brought it in and Infiniti doesn't cover it.
