Was on the fence in finding a dealership to get my vehicle serviced at. Southwest Infiniti is actually closer to my home but something told me to drive the extra distance and go to Westside. I am confident I made the right decision. Ken Reese is who I had the pleasure in dealing with. I usually don’t leave reviews but I hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in the same boat I was in.

After visiting other dealers, West Infiniti was the best. Service, knowledge, courtesy and honesty was present in all the steps of purchasing the car there.

Jeff Haney, my service advisor, always provides the best customer service when having my car serviced. He communicates effectively, follows up when my car is ready, and answer any questions that I have. He is the upmost professional and pleasant to work with. The service workers are quick, proficient, and thorough. And they do not do work that isn’t needed. West Houston Infinity is exceptional!!

Hand a nail in my tire. Was able to get in shop quickly. Valet took me to and from my house. Car ready in a couple of hours.

I scheduled a service appointment for a routine oil change. My service advisor is Josh Jacobs who always does an excellent job for me. I waited for my car in the waiting room and the work was performed in short order and I was off to work. The facility is always clean and the personnel are always very nice.

This dealership has the best service department! Jerry Singh, my service provider, was excellent! Very prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! I NEVER had to call him- he updated me almost daily! He really cared that I was happy with the service! I would use this dealership when needing repairs for your INFINITI. They also worked with my third party extended warranty to get the repairs approved and all work done was excellent- my wheel bearings, cracked side window, and plate underneath car damaged- all fixed and perfect!

The service at West Houston has been exceptional ever since we bought our first two Infiniti sedans there in 1991. We have been buying Infiniti cars and SUVs from West Houston Infiniti ever since. All the vehicles and the service have been outstanding. all these years.

I have been a long time customer of West Houston Infiniti and will continue to be. This is my 4th car I have purchased from them. Dwayne DiMaria, our salesperson, was the best, no pressure to buy. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Their service department is the best by far. They know me by name and always welcome me when I bring my car in for service.
