Great experience

I purchased a preowned Subaru from this Nissan last Monday and the entire experience was amazing! Amanda and Clayton were so helpful. They had all of the paperwork filled out and ready for me by the time I got to the dealership. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They offered me a great price on my trade in. Don't be afraid of the salespeople at this dealership! They are truly customer experience oriented. Highly recommend!

scam scam scam

I was looking at vehicle for my business. Sales person told me vehicles was available, submitted business and personal credit via email. He texted me they got it but dealership was busy so they will check it soon as someone available. He texted me this morning how much I wanted down payment and what kind term I wanted. I texted, no response for few hours. I ask sales person what is status, he brother me and told me vehicle was sold. You just don’t pull someone credit knowing the vehicle is not available. Whenever you pull credit it will dent it for 3 years. Very unethical business practice.

Would never shop here again

Asked dealer for best price on Mercedes SUV. Assumed price would be a bit lower than website price. Turned out dealer tacked in $2k to the price and another $1250 for “accessories”. Scam. Will shop elsewhere, never here.

Avoid this dealer

I had too many problems to list here. The first was the salesman said he would negotiate, but the sales manager walked over and said he would not. This happened twice on two cars. The last problem was they wrongfully issued me a dealer tag instead of transferring the license plate from my trade-in. When I asked for my permanent plate back – required by Florida law -- they ignored me.

DO NOT TRUST

My husband and I had to bring our car due to transmission issues.After a while of waiting around A mechanic ( Im assuming thats what he was) told us that the claim center wasn't allowing him to replace our transmission that he had to rebuild it. A salesmen by the name of Clayton brought up the idea of going ahead and buying a new vehicle. He knew that we were supposed to have been back to maine that day where our kids and jobs are. We were in a tight spot and had to make a decision ,without doing further research on the cvt transmission in our 2016 altima. So we quickly, regretfully, made the decision to purchase a newer 2017 car from them. We didnt have the time to wait for the 3-4 days they told us it would take to "rebuild' our transmission.once we purchased the vehicle we drove 300 miles before the cars transmission started doing the same thing our previous vehicle did. So we had no choice but to stop at the nissan dealership of orangeburg south carolina. We spoke to the service manager there and he informed us that you can NOT REBUILD CVT TRANSMISSIONS. I quickly did some research on my own and through a quick google search I figured out that you cannot rebuild cvt transmissions. You have to replace the whole sub assembly. So as I one hundred percent believe the Nissan Dealership of Saint Augustine had no way of knowing we were going to break down again for the same issue. I do believe that they intentionally lied to us and scared us knowing we were in a tight spot and had no clue how to make it back in time to get our toddlers and not lose our jobs. So the nissan of st augustine has lost their credibility to me.

Great experience

Tim was amazing. Very helpful and made the whole process much easier!!! Definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends. The communication was great and very straight forward.

Nissan of St Augustine New Kicks

I had the 'dreaded buying a new car syndrome" That all dissapeared when I walked into Nissan of ST Augustine. Then I listened to Kyla, Hannah, Will, Eric, and Amanda. They were all such a great help to me. Very personable and knowledgeable and I walked out a Happy New Car owner of a 2019 Nissan Kicks. I even got my nails to match the colors of my new car!
