Well me - Charles R and my fiancé Jessica c decided to

Well me - Charles R and my fiancé Jessica c decided to take a Uber from Middleburg to Nissan of St Augustine on march 20,2024 for $58 and some change after Jessica said to me that she spoke to Andrea’s and he informed her that she was prequalified for a 2016 scion that he had inspected and gassed up and detailed and would be parked up front of the dealership waiting on her to pick it up and that he was glad that he was able to get her into the car that she was wanting and that he would even reimburse us for the Uber there and we would be driving the scion home and the best part everything was done online so all’s she had to do was just sign a few pieces of paper and we would be off in are new car well we get there and A salesman came over and said he was Andreas assistant and he would help us so ok until we’re waiting around for almost an hour and nothing and then the assistant says he wants both of are information to run a credit check while he is checking on the scion and that one of his assistants was picking up the scion from the car lot just right down the road then Jessica gets hot and is like I want to speak to Andrea’s well turns out Andreas isn’t even at the car lot and the scion car that was waiting on Jessica up front wasn’t there either supposedly they just sold it about an hour ago so Jessica calls the car lot where she has been speaking with him numerous times and the lady said in a studdering voice that Andreas had just stepped out and that they work together as a team and that she could help us so I’m thinking man another assistant so man if anyone out there needs a job Nissan of st Augustine is hiring for assistant position anyway I just ubered back home another $55 dollars later that’s a total of about $120 in uber and 5 hours of my wasted time and my pissed off fiancé without her beautiful scion car

They scam you into believing you won a prize and tell you

They scam you into believing you won a prize and tell you to come pick it up. When you go there they humiliate you by explaining how you fell for there SCAM and you actually won nothing. Then they have the audacity to try and sell you a car while you are there! What idiot is going to buy a car from someone who just scammed and humiliated them????? Dumbest marketing scheme I have ever heard of!

What a wonderful experience I had at Nissan St. Augustine and just have to share it. From the moment my grandson and I drove up, meeting and working with Walter Cooper, his knowledge and patience was exemplary along with Eric Cortez, and Will Barnes in the process of buying my new Murano. I love it and am so grateful for the way you all treated us and am sure you treat all your customers the same. How blessed we are to have your dealership in St. Augustine. Impeccable customer service.

Impeccable customer service. Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with a budget and they met my budget. I left there feeling like THEY were there to take care of ME and gave me THEIR undivided attention. James even helped me clean out my old car, load it into my NEW CAR AND he helped me set up my cellphone. You have a customer for life and I will refer anyone I know to your dealership. PS: The car is AMAZING TOO🥰❤️

Impeccable customer service. Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. Caleb May was such a nice guy.

Caleb May was such a nice guy. A young man with an absolutely GREAT personality. He knew about the jeep we purchased, the reason I know was I let him explain all about it to me, because I have owned 4 other jeeps before I let him know. He was always smiles and friendly. Caleb gets 5 STARS from my wife and myself.

This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car in for

This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car in for major service since purchasing there! The first time they tried to tell me I needed to replace whole A/C system for $4000!! Brought to my mechanic and he blew out lines, fixed the problem for a fraction of their estimated cost!!! Back again with inflow and sensor issues. They did not fix the initial problem, stalled out on highway- THREE tows and $260 in the whole to bring BACK and I’m being quoted over $1000 dollars for something that should be covered under warranty and my battery all of a sudden doesn’t work!!!! Service center agents are condescending and apathetic. I feel they think I have no idea about cars and are trying to railroad me!!! Customer service in general is below satisfactory!!! I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly on more than one occasion! There was no apology or sense of urgency to fix anything just a ridiculous quote! The issue on my vehicle is still not fully resolved after 2 visits and they don’t care if they fix it or I take it somewhere else! I’ve been with this dealership for 20+ years, however under this new management it has gone downhill! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Nissan of Saint Augustine again 😤

I never write reviews, and only wish I could give this

I never write reviews, and only wish I could give this place zero stars.. Went in to see about a vehicle that on the website read 25,000. As soon as I sat down with a sales rep same vehicle went to 33000.. Wanted to use my car for trade and though it was an older vehicle and some wear and tear it was still in great running condition .. They offered 750.. (my nearly brand new tires were worth more) they also wanted 10000 down( on 33000 car mind you) to get payments to 450 at 72 months... So long story short I went elsewhere got same vehicle, save that it had 2000 more miles for 25000 minus 3300 for my trade in( that 5x more) in less than an hour.. Stay far away

Layne Franks was my Salesman.

Layne Franks was my Salesman. He was open and honest the whole time during my shopping experience. There’s was never any pressure and he worked hard to get my payments and down payment to where I needed them to be! I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle!
