    I had the 'dreaded buying a new car syndrome" That all dissapeared when I walked into Nissan of ST Augustine. Then I listened to Kyla, Hannah, Will, Eric,... and Amanda. They were all such a great help to me. Very personable and knowledgeable and I walked out a Happy New Car owner of a 2019 Nissan Kicks. I even got my nails to match the colors of my new car!

    Nissan Of St. Augustine delivers! Great service, fair pricing, and friendly atmosphere were all part of the positive experience I had in purchasing my... Murano at this location. Tim Wombolt, Sales Specialist, was a professional from start to finish! He's personable, patient and calm. Thanks also to Justin "Incredible" for his input in walking me through some of the awesome technology this vehicle has to offer. I'm very happy!

    5:00 Sunday, Sevice center closed...Josh and Joe with any hesitation helped me resole a problem with my 2012 Murano lift back release, it would not open.... They quickly indentified several possible problem and we found one immediately, object caught in the lift. They wedged it open and we had it cleared !! KUDOS to the staff of St Augustine NIssan...I'll be back !!

    Salesman Chris helped me look for a new Nissan Rogue. Explained everything very clearly and even took the time to go over everything again when he delivered... the car to me! Really helped me understand all of the technology in the Rogue and help me love my purchase more!

    Took our recently purchased Nissan to St. Augustine Nissan to get serviced and checked out. wanted oil changed and TPMS system checked. Service advisor... came and talked to me about a host of services they wanted to perform to the car. would have cost a couple thousand dollars, we agreed on a few maintenance issues and they went to work on the car, when he came back to review bill there was no oil or filter on the bill. When I questioned him about lack of oil and filter he said mechanic said oil looked ok. There was not a previous service sticker on vehicle. He then called back to have oil changed. He informed me that the TPMS light was probably low tire pressure due to temperature change, when I left the light was off. After driving a short distance all lights came back on. I got home and checked manual found the tire system was turned off and one of the wheels had a rubber valve stem in place of a TPMS monitor. Not sure what kind of Mechanics they have at this place but it was poor service that did not change oil or notice missing monitor.( The 2 things I took it to shop for) they had no problem billing me over $350 for the other things that they decided needed repair. Not pleased with Nissan

    Great experience all the way through. They sold me a Subaru Crosstrek for a great deal, and gave me a reasonable price on my trade in. I worked with Austin... Babb and he was the reason I bought the car at this dealership. He was incredibly friendly, applied no pressure to buy a car and worked with me every step of the way. He even filled up the Subaru with gas, despite taking flak from the management (thanks Austin!)
