STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY. What a greedy, corrupt, ethically bankrupt place.Went to buy a car listed for $10,000. The salesman said they don't accept USAA funding and then went to get p/w from the sales manager and returned with a sales form for $18,000! I saw all the many bad reviews but went anyway knowing all dealers are bad but didn't think they could be THAT bad. Wrong!! In my 50 years of buying many cars I've never been to a dealership this greedy bad. Someone really, really greedy runs this place. All the bad reviews are for real. STAY AWAY from this corrupt, greedy place. You'll just waste your time going here.

I bring my car to Joe Myers Ford on 290.

I bring my car to Joe Myers Ford on 290. I told them my speed limit. It's locked on 70. So you need to program the computer and they charge me $350. They said we fix it already, but they do not and then I bring my car to PLC electric shop. He just program my computer and then he fix it.

I have purchased three vehicles from Joe Myers since

I have purchased three vehicles from Joe Myers since 2019. The sales experience has consistently been good; however, over the past couple of years, the level of service quality has declined. One of the issues with the quality of service is when the service is done, I received the payment link and that’s it. I didn't get a call to let me know that I can pick up the car and to schedule a pickup since I left with the car service option. I had to call to verify if the vehicle was done. I believe good customer service means being aware of the customer’s situation. If a ride was arranged through the dealership, there should be a follow-up to confirm whether a return ride is still needed.
