Today 11/30/2024 i came in to do my state inspection.

Today 11/30/2024 i came in to do my state inspection. When i gave them my car there was nothing wrong with it. I get my car back and theres a light that came on as well as my car wouldn't start. I had to buy a battery from them in order to see if the issue was my battery or my alternator. It was a huge inconvenience to me because i had to use my grocery money to buy the battery. I'm disabled so i have a fixed income. Although it was a frustrating situation the service advisor who helped me was Mr. Acosta he was kind from beginning to end. After I bought the battery and they put it in there was no light on and my car drove just fine. I still don't care for their salesmen because the xx they put me in with my current car and I still will never get another car from this dealership nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know. The service team is the only reason I even deal with Joe Myers. Good job Mr. Acosta from taking a frustrating situation and trying to turn it into a positive outcome. He even did a courtesy of washing my car.
