The buying experience at Atlantic ram was excellent. I’ve had good experience with both sales and service and this is my fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from them. I will definitely be looking at them when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle.

I have never in my life experienced what happened at Atlantic dodge Salesman was awful to me I called ahead on Saturday before I drove there and nobody waited on me for twenty minutes so I left Worst ever He’s the guy that doesn’t speak English well

We instruct our Sales Consultants to allow our customers to peacefully shop without being bothered if help is not wanted or needed. We do expect them to assist customers, however, as soon as help is requested. I am sorry we did not assist you quickly enough in this case. Our Sales Consultant is bi-lingual, he speaks both Spanish and English....that being said, English is his second language and he tries very hard to speak it effectively. This experience I had today was completely unprofessional from beginning to end. I had to contact Service Manager based on what service writer tried to explain to me, which basically said the 2020 Chrysler 300 touring with 8000 miles comes stock with a severe vibration in the drive line from the factory, my engine knock, and steering popping also come stock from the factory. This is the first new vehicle I purchased, and chose A Chrysler product, and had no hesitation in paying there asking price, and to be told these issues are normal. Chrysler Corporate has now been notified, if these issues are not corrected I am trading this car in for something dependable from General Motors, and other actions that may be available to me
Hello and thank you for your observations. I was personally involved in the diagnosis and examination of your vehicle. My technician spent approximately 3 hours attempting to replicate and isolate the vibration you described to us. We switched wheels and tires off of a like vehicle, test drove it with an identical vehicle and compared both vehicle specifications- on the road and on the lift. No differences were discovered either in function, visual appearance or driving dynamics. Your steering system is operating as designed and no engine "knock" was discovered or replicated. You are the second owner of this vehicle and it was sold to you by a different used car dealership, and not this store. We are confident that this vehicle is operating as designed and has no serviceable flaws. If you are unhappy with the driving dynamics of the vehicle or its overall performance, I suggest you contact the used vehicle dealership you purchased the vehicle from. This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!
