I can buy a car anywhere.

I can buy a car anywhere. I can have my car serviced anywhere. I choose Hanania Buick because of the stellar customer service. Lindsey does make me feel like "family". Keep up the good work!

They add dealer fees and some sort of nonsensical

They add dealer fees and some sort of nonsensical appearance maintenance pkg, so the advertised price is not the actual price. I told salesman that I didn't want the xx. He told me it was cast in stone and couldn't be changed. I asked him to reduce the price by 2K . He got that approved. Later, I asked: " We reduced the price by $2,000, do I still have the protection pkg"? He replied that the 2k was reduced by negotiation and I still had the coverage. Then it was on to the finance mgr. He had me signing and initialing on a notebook that went dead a couple times. I have excellent credit and I'm paying credit card rates for the finance. He put everything on a flash drive. When I had a chance to review, I saw the xx coverage wasn't there. My advice if you go to this dealer, keep your guard up and take a partner with you. The Carfax report showed the dealership installed four new tires before offering the car for sale. They failed to balance any of them. Even the valve stem caps were missing! I took it back the day after purchase. The sales manager agreed to absorb the cost to do the work. Lindsay handled the write up in a friendly, professional manner. That was the only positive experience I had.

STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY. Walked away from a used truck deal because these people are lairs. Tried to jack the price up by 3 grand for muffler polish and a blinker fluid accessories package. I told the con artist to remove that line and re write it and you would probably have a sale. They refused, I left. Bought a brand new truck about 20 minutes later from another dealer. Just tell the truth that the price is 46. Not 43 plus 3k worth of crap that nobody would/should ever buy. I was interested at 43. Not for 46. These liars give car salesman's a bad name.

We would love to change this if we were contacted

I had a mixed experience with the Jack Hanania dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. Our vehicle broke down, and we were towed there for repairs, only to be charged without clear explanations. We were in a rush to get home, so they worked with us, and we ended up purchasing a brand new car. While the process was chaotic, I must acknowledge that they did provide us with a hotel room to stay in while we waited for the new car to arrive, which we were grateful for. Collin, the manager, and our sales representative Chaz were initially helpful during this process. However, our post-sales experience has been frustrating. Our attempts to contact them for returning an extra key and addressing unresolved car issues have gone unanswered. What's more, they accused us of taking the original keys even after we had left and the service people repaired the original car. Despite the ups and downs, we remain hopeful for a resolution. We would be willing to update this review if Jack Hanania dealership contacts us and the issues are properly addressed and resolved.

Out of Towners beware!

Out of Towners beware! My wife and I were on our way to Port Canaveral when we started having car trouble. The front end of the car was shaking badly at 70-75 mph along with some sputtering to the point I had to pull over and have it towed to Jack Hanania Buick GMC. No check engine light came on. I spoke with Daniel from the service department who ensured me they will take care of it while we were on vacation. After having the car for about four days and no response from anyone I decide to call and check the status of the vehicle. I spoke with a different service advisor and he told me that we had to rebuild the engine on a 2018 Chevy Malibu that have been running fine for the last five years. The service advisor told me the cost to repair the vehicle was $ 14,000. So I said nope I'll take it to another dealership. I loaded the vehicle on a trailer and brought it back to GA to my local dealership. My local dealership did a diagnosis on the vehicle and told me only repairs I needed were tires and an alignment. No issues with the engine, head gaskets, or turbo all which Jack Hanania said needed replacing. Beware of this dealership especially if you are from out of town.

Super please

Mr. Fox was my sales rep. We showed up at 11:45a on Sunday, we took some time to look around at the various trucks in stock. Mr. Fox showed up about 5 till 12 and didn't walk in, came right over to us, with his backpack in hand and made himself available for question after question and then promptly went in a got the keys for a test drive when we asked. Through the entire process, my wife and I felt Mr. Fox only had our best interest at heart. He is an asset to Jack Hanania. We love the truck we bought, the GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation X31 4x4. Compared to the Ford, well, there is no comparison. Thank you guys for making this a pleasant purchase experience.

I found the vehicle I was looking for online and located at this dealership. The communication I had either by phone, email or text was very clear and concise. My sales person, Trey Newman, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I?m very pleased with my experience considering the transaction was handled without an in-person experience.

Fantastic Experience!!!

An absolutely amazing deal on a new Buick Envision Essence Sport Trim model and I couldn't be more pleased. The minor issues that I didn't understand were personally addressed to me by Jack Hanania Jr., and he is an incredible customer oriented owner!!! When the owner takes the time to get involved, you know you've chosen the right dealership. I fully intend on remaining a Hanania customer from this point forward.

Full brakes, rotors, etc.

Full brakes, rotors, etc. front and rear. 3000 miles later front brakes froze up and turned the pads to ashes. $915.00 later back on the road again. The not our fault response was not expected. No help from GM ither per Chicago dealer. So sorry, your work was done out I f state.
