Worked with Pat Roberts (Sales) and Rick Garcia (Finance) hands down they are very professional, courteous, straight forward. No BS whatsoever, no haggling, no pressure, no hidden items. Mike Murdoch of Bozard Ford Lincoln is unquestionably the finest car salesman I have had the privilege of dealing with. My search for the car of my dreams (Mustang GT Premium) led me 300 miles away to St. Augustine. The problem was the distance and work schedule conflicts that prevented my wife and myself to make the journey. But distance and time don't faze Mr. Murdoch. Not only did he record an up-close and detailed video of the car and arrange additional detailing, he said he would bring the car to us. Let me repeat: Mike Murdoch drove my dream car 300 miles to my front door, with paperwork in hand, and then drove my trade-in back to St. Augustine. Who does that? I will tell you: Mike Murdoch. You see, that's the secret to Mike's success: He bends over backward to please customers. If you do that, everything else falls into place. Bozard would be well-advised to take good care of Mr. Murdoch. I just wish there were more like him because he's one in a million.

I came in to buy a new Ford F150 at 10:30am. Salesman Eric Barber met me at my car. He immediately wrote down what I was looking for and had me test drive 2 trucks.
