Mike Brady made my experience of buying a new car a breeze. He was knowledgeable about all features of my new SUV and demonstrated each use. Mike answered... all of my questions. Mike introduced me to the service department and set up my first service appointment. Mike reviewed the owners manual with me. I noticed Mike use of an IPad made things smooth and expeditious. Mike took the time to sync my phone to my new ride. He set up the remote start up. When my plates arrived he notified me and affixed the plates to the vehicle. I couldn't ask for better service. Oil change...tire rotation... was fast and reasonably priced.... but the free car wash was awesome....!!!!!

I had decided to visit this dealership since I had heard their commercials on the radio for months. So when I was finally ready to purchase, I decided... to give them the opportunity to earn my business, and boy did they! My dealer, Jeff, was very pleasant and did not pressure me. I usually do not enjoy the process of buying a car since I have less than perfect credit and have had very bad experiences in the past. Here I was treated like a valued customer regardless of my credit. Everything from my trade in, to financing, to vehicle delivery I felt valued and appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to any looking to purchase a new of used vehicle. They will earn your business!

I have had my truck for about 7 years and it's only in the last 9 months that any issues have arisen. Each time I was taken care of with professionalism... and top notch service. The following is NOT a criticism of service personnel... I recently had a sensor fail, cam position sensor I believe. It was quickly repaired. However, the issue persisted, due to a different sensor failing. Upon return the repair was quickly made and the repair technician told the gentleman at the front that sometimes the failure of one can cause the other to fail. I would suggest that when this happens to others that no matter which sensor fails they both be replaced, so two repairs are not incurred and service personnel aren't tied up more than is needed , so other customers can receive the same excellent service i did.

Was vehicle's initial oil change. Also, had tires rotated. Wondering if you could have a tire rotate and balance package for purchase? Balance tires while... rotating them, and--while having oil changed.
