Be aware of used ones, got a suv last week, sales person told me everything was ok, week later 2 sensors (including front collision sensor) went out, sales person just trying to get his commission and don't care about customers safety!

I was sorely disappointed with the dealership's lack of transparency and professionalism. From the initial interaction with Cole Repka, who initially seemed honest and accommodating, to the subsequent issues that surfaced with the car we purchased, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a used car, it was still under warranty and had a very low mileage of 2827, so we expected it to be in good condition. However, we immediately noticed a squeaking noise upon driving it home. When we brought this to Cole and his manager, he assured us it would be a simple fix and asked us to return three days later for the repair. On the scheduled day, I arrived at the dealership before noon, only to face a frustrating wait for the promised service. The manager's unhelpful and dismissive behavior, coupled with being misinformed about the cost and timeline of the repair, led me to demand to speak with the owner. Despite the manager's dismissive behavior, the owner finally agreed to address the issues and provide a loaner car while our SUV was being repaired. My disappointment grew when the problems resurfaced less than days later after the supposed repair. The dealership's refusal to work on the car and recommendation to take it to another shop were clear signs of their disregard for customer safety. Subsequent inspection revealed that the rims were severely damaged and broken, posing a significant safety risk. Despite repeatedly contacting the dealership for assistance, they have been unresponsive and unsympathetic, ultimately blaming me for the vehicle's condition. Even after telling us to call if anything went wrong, they sold us a defective car that could kill or hurt us and were unwilling to take responsibility for not only 1 but 3 broken rims and more. Please consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, exercise extreme caution, and thoroughly inspect any prospective purchase. This experience has exposed their lack of integrity and disregard for customer safety, and I strongly advise seeking alternatives for your car-buying needs. TIFFANY I wish that's all I could say and many would understand. This woman is amazing and makes sure you are happy every step of the way!! She's patient, kind, and funny. usually you'll feel stress making a big purchase, but I did not feel a drop of any. By the way this is my second purchase with her and she will forever get my business!!

I purchased A used Murano and there were/ have been a few issues, technically and otherwise. The Only reason this deal didn’t go bad is because of my salesperson Tiffany. She is a “ can do” lady. No matter the problem she continued daily to try to help rectify each one, and she did! She would not stop until she made sure I was Good with what was going on. I hope Nissan knows what they have in her, she’s a rare find.

First off, I want to say Thank U to Tiffany Guillory. She is Awesome! I went there to trade in a suv then found out the transmission was going out. She came bk in there and said but hold up nooo ima still get u in a Suv bf u leave here today. She did not only get me in 1 Suv but my Girlfriend and I left with 2 SUVs. Tiffany is kind, patient, funny, and know what she is doing. Her Team stand ten toes behind her too. Thank u Again Tiffany and I Recommend anyone that goes here go to her.
