    I bought my 2019 Tahoe with a known issue. The windshield wiper fluid was not spraying. It was late so a week after purchase I called to make an appt.... In August I took it to get fixed they tried to say it was chewed by rottens on my property. Which I explained that this is how I bought the Tahoe and I was told they would fix it. It's now Jan not even 5 months later and the windshield fluid is again not working. I looked at the cable and its snapped in half. I called to see if the work was covered and sent pictures to kara and again she said it's chewed by rottens when it is clearly snapped. I live in north Austin and do not want to drive all the way there to be told I need to pay for something that should be covered. My uncle is a mechanic in SA and he uses the same trick on clients "It's been chewed by rottens". This is ridiculous! I have called Todd and left vm's and he has not returned my call. If this is how yall treat customers than I will tell everyone not to ever buy from here!

    Stay away from this dealership! Quoted a price on a Tahoe. Sales guy confirmed the price again via text. Dealer delivered the car. Then refused to honor... the price quoted. Bait and switch kinda deal. Refused to stand behind their word.

    I took my car to Covert(Bastrop) because another dealership failed to be able to fix it. Kevin in the service dept. at Covert had the determination to... stick with it to get it fixed; whereas, the other dealership had had it for 2 months and kept saying nothing was wrong with it, but the engine light kept coming on. Thanks Kevin for your determination. I now feel safe on the road thanks to Covert - Bastrop.

    This has been by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Truck has been in their service for over two weeks and every time we call to check on... it we are told a different story. They don't deliver on a follow up call and don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. There is never given a clear explanation of the status of the truck repair and every time we call we get a new date for truck repair being done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for honest genuine service.

    Made an appointment on a Monday for service to have work done on Friday. Have the vehicle there at 7:00 am . At 4 pm called for status on vehicle was advised... that they were very busy and cant get to it until next week. wasn't a big deal to them. this was the dealership that i have purchased several vehicles from. i live in Bastrop my now i go to Hewitt Chevrolet Georgetown who in my opinion provides great service. Its a long drive for getting service on a vehicle but i will gladly do it before going to covert in Bastrop which is only a few blocks from the house. Making a appointment with them means nothing.

    I have purchased and owned Chevrolet’s for over 25 years and I have never owned anything else. However, if I had to deal with Covert Bastrop’s service... department, I would change brands. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! 6 months ago they left lug nuts loose on my truck after a simple tire rotation and I was told by a FORD service manager that I was very lucky. Then thinking they might have had a bad employee I scheduled my vehicle to be dropped off with them for a check engine light. At that time the “so called service advisor” (what a joke) told me that it would be at least a week and half maybe more before they could repair a check engine light. Then I said okay make me another appointment for a week and half. Then this dude says well I can’t do that because a week and half things change on our schedule and then it will be another week and half who knows. BIGGEST JOKE in Texas GO BUY A FORD or find reliable dealer!!!!
