Happen to stop by Bill Byrd Kia dealership to look at cars ended up purchasing a Toyota Rav4,my experience was awesome for a first time buyer, I wasn't purshered into making a purchase and my credit wasn't ran several time, my Rav runs well has all the latest features price was great, you should shop by for you next dream car 😀

I am totally in love with my trade from Sportage to

I am totally in love with my trade from Sportage to Telluride We have spent almost all day at Kia but felt well taken care off everyone was very friendly However the detailer that detailed the car didn’t do a good job but that’s the only negative I can say about my experience We would still buy there again

The place is very clean and comfortable, also everyone is accommodating and helpful. Having a coffee and snacks bar is a plus! Dennis is very knowledgeable about his work which is really good for anyone that’s looking for a right car for them.

First day I left, empty headed but my salesman Dennis

First day I left, empty headed but my salesman Dennis told me to give him a week and he would have me in a car i would love. He was calling me the next day about a car by day three I was in my own car. I couldn’t be happy about the car and my payments even help find cheaper insurance it all worked perfectly for me.

The experience was excellent.

Wasn’t told that my GA tags wouldn’t be included in my

Wasn’t told that my GA tags wouldn’t be included in my loan until I got to the dealership, after driving 3 hours to get there. I was obviously going to go through with the deal since I was already invested but over the phone I was given a quote with “tax, tag and title” included but was told by the finance guy that it can’t be included. The tag office contacted me a few days later here in Georgia and notified there was no reason why it couldn’t have been. No big deal, but just want to make this small detail known so the confusion doesn’t happen to anyone else who comes in from Georgia.
