I would like to give Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Robbiepraise for excellent service. I was in a bind and I needed to have my car serviced quickly. I will be traveling the next day. Mrs. Robbie was able to get me on the schedule the following day. Mrs. Mary was able to get my car to me and offered to wait on me because I would possibly be getting off late at work. My wife and I have purchased 3 Kia products over the years at Bill Byrd Kia, Panama City, FL. Each time we have been treated with respect and the buying process, which can be stressful and mind numbing, was anything but. Mike Cross and the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were outstanding. Not only did they meet our expectations, they exceeded them times three. We were considering our options for a new vehicle, and having been a repeat customer at Bill Byrd Kia, and having a great history with Mike Cross, we decide to see if we could put a deal together for a 2023 Kia Sportage. The entire process was as easy as it gets. No haggling, no high pressure tactics. Just an easy conversation centered around the vehicle we had seen previously. As it turns out, the Sportage we were looking at was not the one we ultimately purchased, thanks to Mike. I would recommend this dealership, without hesitation. Great staff, great service, and in a customer friendly environment.
