Lori is amazing. She was able to get my truck in for an oil change & tire rotation, and discovered, in the course of my truck being serviced, that my battery was on it's last legs, and was able to find me a battery that did not break my budget. 5 stars!!

My Check Engine Light came on and I called AutoNation
My Check Engine Light came on and I called AutoNation Ford for a service appointment. My advisor, Taylorann, was very helpful. After going over what we thought might be the issue, we were told it could be 3-5 days before getting my car back. I dropped it off around 12:00 on a Friday, and was notified that my car was ready the following Monday. A Purge Valve and sensor needed to be replaced, there had been a recall, and all was fixed! Wow! That was fast! Thank you, Taylorann and AutoNaion Ford. You were great!

Zack was so easy to work with.
Zack was so easy to work with. From the time I first went to look at the Broncos till months later when I finally bought one. He never pressured me, but kept on touch to check on how things were going and sending me updates on new or used ones he came across. He was excited about it as I was! Zack was very personable and likeable guy. When it came down to buying one the whole process was so easy and comfortable. The whole team was great. Afar and Mark and the others we interacted with. The atmosphere at autonation is so light and relaxing. No pressure into buying something I didn't want. I would recommend Autonation and Zack to buy your next car!

Explorer was transferred from Margate AutoNation to
Explorer was transferred from Margate AutoNation to Panama City AutoNation. Some items were missed, like 3rd row head rest didn?t fold, missing front row and cargo mats it was listed as having. And when I brought the car home the felt damping piece under the car was folded back as a result of missing and broken clips. BUT- all of these items I was told by our sales person (who?s been great) will be taken care of when brought in for service/repair. Otherwise, it?s been a good experience.

Great experience, professional attention. Transparent information about the purchasing process. After-sales tracking. Good options to choose , and made comparisons better for my situation. I only had a small incident with the process of receiving documents and the delivery date changed but other than that it was a good experience

I had great service from my service advisor And the
I had great service from my service advisor And the service technician that was addressing the issue with my passenger seat sensor. I do not agree with Ford corporation answer, stating it was working as designed when it clearly states otherwise in the owners manual. I feel that customers purchasing a F250 super duty should be notified that the front passenger seat does not detect a passenger unless the seatbelt is fastened.

Spur of the moment decision to trade my car in for a Ford Bronco, 800 miles from home while I was visiting Panama City. Didn?t even have my checkbook. Got a good deal, employee pricing, and drove away with a new car within a couple hours. I had some issues after getting back to Indiana, and rthe manager reached out quickly and fixed it immediately.
