Worst service possible, charged me over $14,000.
Worst service possible, charged me over $14,000.00 dollars 2 trips back to dealership haven’t been able to use my truck for 4 months, now have it in Texas at another dealership. Where they found proof that I was charged for work not done. I would never trust Bolton Ford with a repair on any vehicle have proven themselves untrustworthy.

It took forever for someone to finally contact me after...
It took forever for someone to finally contact me after me trying to contact them. Then the salesman I talked to were to give me information about the vehicle I waited 3 days and never heard back from him Then contacted him again and he told me he would get back with me never heard from him. I found out later when I went to pulled up the vehicle again that it was sold. Would not recommend

The little things matter
I purchased a new 2020 Mustang convertible from Bolton Ford. The buying experience was hassle free. After arriving home, I realized there was no bracket for the front license plate. I sent a text to the salesman who responded one would be sent to me. Picking it up was not an option as I live 150 miles away. After a week, I sent another text. The salesman informed me it had to be ordered but he would check on it and send it. The bracket didn’t arrive so I assumed it would be sent with the license plates. I received a call from the dealership several weeks later informing me the plates had been received and they would be sending those to me. I asked about the bracket. The lady to whom I spoke stated she would get with the salesperson. A few days later, I received the plates sans bracket. I called the salesperson. He apologized for the error and assured me the bracket would be sent. After waiting another week, I sent an email via the dealership’s website explaining the situation. My only request at that point was that if they were not going to honor their word to extend the courtesy of letting me know. The next day I received a text from the salesperson confirming my address. Several weeks later, still no bracket OR communication that they will not be sending one. At the time of purchase, it was late in the day on a Saturday. Most of the staff had left so there was no one to prep the car. I believe a bracket to be a fair exchange for the lack of a much needed wash

Approve and Beyond! Morgan went above and beyond for us....
Approve and Beyond! Morgan went above and beyond for us. We wanted and needed a special truck. She was able to work it out and arrange for delivery out of state. I will NEVER buy a Ford from ANYONE else! I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and non "car salesman" pressure. Morgan wasn't playing games and dancing around, she and her manager were straight forward from the get go. The truck is 100% as promised and the price beat everyone in my city!

No hassle, and one of the best car buying experiences...
No hassle, and one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Jeremiah was fantastic in sales. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure a sale at all. I had no intent to buy, but with his attitude and understanding, it was an easy decision to purchase that day. Chad at closing did not push nickel and dime expenses. He did a great job explaining options I asked about and was very efficient. Both Jeremiah and Chad was more focused on me and my family than the point of sale. Highly recommend!
