I've never left a review for a dealership or salesman before, mostly because I've always been taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. So, this is a first for me! Mike, the Internet Sales Manager, made our experience super easy. We talked to four different people from start to finish for various parts of the deal, and I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on us. Everyone was very upfront and transparent. We went in super informed, knowing exactly what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and the minimum we were willing to accept for our trade-in. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we got an awesome deal. The experience was so great that now I want to trade my Honda in for a Ford just because of how well we were treated!

I was greeted with the same familiar face that has been there for years. I was told that there was a considerable amount of waiting time due to heavy volume and was offered the option of a shuttle service. I chose to wait for the work to be completed and it was completed a little sooner than expected. Everyone is always happy to help and it means a lot to me to have a one on one relationship with the person that you rely on to take care of your automobile, especially when that automobile both expensive and essential part of my life.

Victoria has been with Bolton Ford for quite some time. When she worked at the Service Desk in the Service Department she was always pleasant and easy to communicate with no matter what issue I was I having. That was 3 or 4 trucks ago!
