I recently purchased a vehicle from MINI of The Woodlands, and I can honestly say it was the easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, James Fife was incredible to work with. James was extremely patient, especially when I requested multiple test drives to make sure I found the perfect fit. Once we settled on a vehicle, the transparency was refreshing—they immediately provided a full breakdown of the pricing so we knew exactly how they arrived at the numbers. Unlike most dealerships, there was: • No pressure: They never pushed or nagged us into a decision. • Minimal back-and-forth: The process was streamlined and efficient. • A relaxed atmosphere: The entire environment was low-stress and professional. Top-notch service from James and the entire crew at MINI of The Woodlands. If you want a stress-free experience, go see them!

Probably the quickest, less stressful day purchasing a car. Hopefully the start of a new relationship in car buying.

Car in for repairs. Liked the walkaround explaining issues on vedio and quote . This speeded up my checkout time upon arriving at service department. I will use this company again...

I purchased a 2025 MINI Countryman (Certified Pre-Owned) from MINI of The Woodlands in Conroe, Texas at the end of January 2025, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I purchased a different vehicle from the dealership and was told I had five days to return the car if I was not satisfied. When I attempted to return the vehicle on the second day, I was informed that the dealership had already sold my trade-in, meaning I could not simply return the vehicle and had to choose another car from their inventory. Because of that situation, I ended up purchasing a different 2025 MINI Countryman, which I was told was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. However, the day after the purchase, the salesperson who sold me the car contacted me and told me that the vehicle had not actually been certified yet and that I needed to bring it back to the dealership so they could complete the CPO process. Selling a vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned when it has not actually been certified is extremely misleading and unacceptable. I brought the vehicle back the following Saturday so they could supposedly complete the certification process. Unfortunately, that is when the real problems began. Shortly after the appointment, the car began experiencing serious electronic failures, including: • The key fobs repeatedly failing to connect to the vehicle, leaving me locked out of the car multiple times. • When I contacted MINI Connected Services for assistance unlocking the vehicle remotely, they informed me that my address on file was incorrect, meaning the dealership never updated my information properly, which prevented them from helping me unlock my own car. • Soon after, the entire center console stopped working. • The blind spot warning system stopped functioning. • The backup camera stopped working. • I lost the ability to control several major vehicle functions. At that point I contacted the dealership to request a loaner vehicle. I was initially told to drive the car to the dealership, despite the fact that the vehicle clearly had major electronic failures. I explained that I did not feel comfortable driving the car, and the next suggestion was that I personally should tow the vehicle myself, which I refused. Eventually the dealership sent a porter to deliver a loaner vehicle and take the Countryman back. This is not something I should have had to negotiate for. At the time of writing this review, I have now been in the loaner vehicle for nearly a month, with little to no meaningful updates from the dealership about my car. The service department sent me an update on February 24th and I did not receive another update until March 13th. Both updates only informed me that test were still being run on my car with no timeline or resolution given. During this time, I repeatedly asked for the General Manager to contact me, and despite requesting this for nearly a month through multiple employees, the GM never returned my calls. The only time I finally received attention was after I contacted AutoNation ownership directly. Since then, the follow-up has been nonexistent. To make matters worse, I have now had to make a car payment on a vehicle I only had in my possession for about a week and a half, while the dealership continues to hold the car with no clear resolution or timeline. This entire situation has been frustrating and disappointing. What began as a simple vehicle purchase has turned into a long list of issues involving misleading information about certification, vehicle malfunctions, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. At this point, I simply want a clear resolution and accountability from MINI of The Woodlands. For anyone reading this, you deserve a better dealership that treats you like a customer not a commission

I took my Mini in for it's yearly State Inspection. Fast service with friendly service reps. I would definitely recommend this dealership for buying a car and service follow-up. All with a smile!

James Fife is an extraordinary professional and I would not have moved forward if he wasn’t an intergalactic part of the equation. I would also like to truly Thank GM Kevin Marino for being the backbone in making the financial decisions to make our deal fair and equitable. Thank you Mini of The Woodlands!

Nick was great and took the time to show me two cars that I was interested in and then answered all my questions. Entire team stayed late on a Saturday night to help me finish the buying process so I could take my new JCW Countryman home.

Pleasant location and friendly personnel. The service was reasonably quick. I wish their accessory shop had a bit more variety though. Such as seat covers for the 2025 countryman.

My experience was great! I found the Jeep that suited me perfectly thanks to Kristen and Ernesto. I was able to get through the paperwork quickly and pleasantly. I had a meeting at work, so I had to leave. I was so pleased when Ernesto was able to deliver the jeep to me the following Saturday. I was so grateful and will continue to recommend MINI of the Woodlands to my friends at work.
