I recently purchased a Mini Cooper Hardtop from Mini of the Woodlands and was extremely happy with the customer service that I received. I initially viewed... the vehicle on their website and then set up an appointment with Mr Brian Lowden and went down to Houston to view the vehicle and take it for a test drive. From my initial email contact to me signing the purchase agreement and handing over a cheque I received nothing but excellent service. Mr Lowden was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the whole purchasing process. The whole experience was handling very professionally and all our queries and questions were answered on the day of the sale.

Went to purchase a new Mini Cooper and the service was great! The finance manager however we felt very rushed with signing the contract/deal and he seemed... to get us out the way. The sales rep Joey was amazing!
The service was good however I was very uncomfortable with the fact no employees in the facility were wearing masks. There were many signs about Covid... 19 but only the customers were wearing masks and you couldn?t actually stand 6 feet apart from the CS rep. I was there 2 hours and made sure to sit far away from all. Their process for interacting with the employees is very concerning. I left hoping I didn?t get exposed to the virus. I protected your employees by wearing a mask but you did not provide me the same respect.
I purchased oil services when I purchased my truck had an appointment for a week so they could acquire parts not in their inventory. It took them 2 1/2... hours to change the oil!!!!

Shady dealership. Had a "deal" to purchase a vehicle only to be told later in the buying process that another salesperson had "sold" the car. I live in... Texas and if you can't trust somebody's word you won't last long in business.

I had already gotten a quote and worked out the trade-in and was paying cash and it still took 4 hours to complete the deal. It shouldn't have taken that... long.
