Good service, could use a bit more "updates"
Brought in the wife's Yukon for the "Chevy Shake" issue. Overall was pretty satisfied with service, as of now it appears to be resolved. The only complaint is lack of updates to the customer. My Ford dealer I taken my truck to in the past was good with updating atleast once or twice a day. Here I had to call and then show up one day. If they work on the updating it would be a top notch dealership.

bad experience
Had 9am appointment time, when I brought my car they did not touch it till 11am. Luckily I dropped it off, was 2pm before they had ready and I never received a call, I had to call them. So what was this big service done to my car, a oil change. 5 hours for a oil change and they also over inflated my tires by 5 psi, really you can’t get that right. My dash cam picked up everything, will not go back

Reliability
My oil change and tire rotation was completed quickly and efficiently. The gentleman completing the work gave sound advice and included me in an informed decision concerning my tires.

Made an appointment for ac repair. Waited 2 weeks deliver car for appointment kept car on lot for one week. Never looked at the car. Asked if the over booked or just didn’t want the work? Only word back was sorry do you want me to pull your car up for you. Ross Downing repaired it in one day.
