Sales associate was very intelligent employee.
Sales associate was very intelligent employee. He provided us with all the information we needed to know about the vehicle we were interested in (Maverick Truck). He took us on a test drive in a hybrid Maverick. we didn't like the hybrid because of response. We talked a while about the eco boost Maverick. The associate went and got the Finance manager to see if there was anything he could do to influence us. We talked about the price of the vehicle we had traded in I thought there trade in value was low. This went on forever still asking exactly what i wanted. We finally decided on a vehicle 2024 XLT Maverick ECO boost. The vehicle had to be transported from Miami Florid. Didn't get a chance to test drive the vehicle so we missed out on the GPS and passenger electric adjustable set. The sales associate told me since I was a retired Military that I need to file online into the recognition reward of $500 reward which I did but when I turned in my DD-214 and certification from the Finance person said they gave us more dealer discount, so we don't get the recognition reward money.

Just traded my 2023 F150 Lariat for a 2025 F150 Lariat.
Just traded my 2023 F150 Lariat for a 2025 F150 Lariat. This being my 5th F150 (4th at this dealership) I am as happy as ever. Mike was first rate from the day I called (Monday) to the day I drove the new truck home (on Friday). His constant communication with me through the entire process and making sure everything was to my satisfaction, including the bedliner and window tint, was phenomenal. Another 5-star rating for both Mike and AutoNation Ford Orange Park. As far as the 2025 vs the 2023, some features were removed for 2025 including Box Link (there are new redesigned plates and no tie down cleats), Key Pad entry, ambient lighting, leather seating and probably a few others that I can?t remember off the top of my head. I state this because although I wasn?t keen on those items being removed, the Active X (which replaced the leather) is way more comfortable. For the other options that were removed, the technology package in the 2025 MORE THAN makes up for them. I do drive a lot so if you have never used Blue Cruise and adaptive cruise control, you are going to absolutely love this feature. For the Box Link, you will need to remove the mounting plates and replace them with 2023-2024 model year. For 2025, there are no Box Link specific cleats for the redesigned plates. In addition, and finally, the new Pro-Access tailgate is way better than the built-in step. Much easier to get you and anything else in and out of the bed. Again, thank you AutoNation Ford Orange Park for another smooth transaction.

This review is for my recent service of my 2019 Mercedes
This review is for my recent service of my 2019 Mercedes Glc 300. After rotating the tires, the pressure was not corrected. On the glc 300, the front tires should be 35psi and the rear should be 42 psi. On the way home, the tire pressure warning came on due to the underinflated rear tires. Also, they put the wrong windshield wipers on the car. When I tried to use them later that evening, one of the Blades came off completely. When I checked the other one, it was obvious that it was the wrong blade for the car. I had to go to 3 different auto shops to find the correct blades.

Your dealership promised me the Lincoln experience. At the time of purchase I was sitting inside the Ford Dealership waiting area, when my paperwork was almost complete the the transaction associate asked me why was I sitting there, my response was I was not told where I needed to sit. She stopped and said you are purchasing a Lincoln and proceeded to take me to the reserved area all buyers and owner of Lincoln’s sit, I felt some kind of way. She went over all my paperwork and the certified check more than I had been originally told. She processed a refund and made my stay a better experience. I had a scheduled appointment 8:30am pickup and return to my home. At 10:00am I called to find out what happened, my service advisor was not even aware that my vehicle had not been picked up. At that point I had to wait for the pickup. The gentleman finally came and picked up my vehicle and after the service check I was called and given information about my vehicle and advised someone will be coming to bring my vehicle back to my home. This Dealership has been around for a long time, I previously owned a Ford SUV and received superior service and that was the main reason I choose Auto Nation for my new car. I am not sure why this happened I have had other issues in the past. I want to support the businesses in my area, but this has been a disappointing decision.
I am very unhappy with the service I have received from your Dealership. I was asked to participate in a survey and aired out my frustration in the survey. The Lincoln experience has not lived up to my expectations. I have encountered rude advisers been changed to multiple advisers which makes me very unhappy. When I owed a Ford SUV I had the same advisor until I purchased another vehicle who was familiar with me and my vehicle always honest when it came to service repairs. That was the main reason I came back to Auto Nation.
Not a good choice not consistent with service advisors. Do not deliver what is promised at the point of the sale.
