    I brought in my 2018 F-150 to Don Shetler Chevrolet to perform some body work after an accident. The accident occurred on Friday 11/16/18. The truck and... my wife's SUV were brought in the same day. After talking to the service manager, he said no problem he could have the truck done in a week. Because Thanksgiving was the next Thursday, it would probably be on Monday. No big deal, understandable. Well that turned into a nightmare. After my truck had been there for 3 weeks, they said hey your truck is ready. On 12/7/18 I get there and immediately notice the truck is the wrong shade of color. I said this is the wrong color, and his reply was, "oh we'll wash it". Yeah, still the wrong color. There was also terrible overspray on the passenger side door where the two tone rocker panel overlaps the door color. The side radar sensor was very loose and almost falling off. They had painted part of my headlight, and also the door gasket. So I had to drive it for the weekend, since it was a Friday when I picked it up. Dropped it off on the following Monday to have this fixed. Three weeks later, I called to find the status of repair. They say that it is ready. So I go back on 12/21/18. They said they had to paint it several different time to match the paint to the rest of the truck. When I got there, the hood was off. Hmm that's interesting because they didn't do any work to the hood originally. When questioned about it, they said oh well we saw something we didn't like and are clear coating it. OK. The truck was very dusty from being in the shop. They wash the truck and had it parked in the sunlight. Immediately I said you have got to be kidding me! The clear coat that they applied on the hood was burned, they polished it with a rotary polisher either too fast or dry which ruined the clear. The panels that they had painted were scratched up, the overspray was still there, the headlight was still painted, the door gasket was still painted, and the chrome trim along the door window was scratched from them sanding the door. I called my insurance agent and told them about the work. So now I had to bring my truck to another body shop to have all their poor work repaired. By the way, this whole time my wife's SUV was still in the shop! We picked it up last week!

    I recommend this car dealership. We had a pleasant experience .Ms. Nicole was helpful and straightforward. She let us look around at our leisure and did... not stalk us through the parking lot like most car salespeople you encounter. She answered all our questions. I have yet to encounter a car dealership that I think trustworthy and totally honest but I would go back here again and ask for Nicole!

    Expect all the typical car sales tactics. They'll low ball your trade, try to change the asking price and add in lots of unexplained fees.
