We recently purchased a 2023 Honda CR-V from Rich at White’s Auto Mall in Hopkinsville, Ky. great experience all around!

My daughter went to have her transmission fluid changed. She also told supervisor Steve that she wanted the filter changed ( she had a photo and part number). He told her it was fake and didn't exist, then continued to treat her horrible! She also had 1 hood latch broke and told him to be careful. Ole Steve broke her other latch and stuck her hood in her backseat!! Telling her they were both already broke( which is a lie!) Gave her a bill for $ 133 and sent her on her way with her hood in her backsest! The Manager Dan isn't any better when it comes to customer service! He claims they are not liable!! So she should expect this kind of service and be ok with it? No no no!! Mr White should know what kind of unprofessional people he has working for him. I will never recommend this place to anyone!! If anything, I urge people to NOT GO THERE!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! They should be ashamed taking advantage of a young lady!

My daughter gos in for a transmission fluid changed asked them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number for the filter and told her to tell him it's on backside of transmission..he tells her it's fake..after he snaps her hood plum off of car and throws it in back seat off her 2010 civic..charged her $119 for fluid change and sent her on her way..I tried to call up there and couldn't even talk to nobody. Like a ghost town. I will be putting this review every where I can and letting all my friends and family know how you do business..parts fake you have got to be joking..do better hire real mechanics..

The dealership was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More importantly, they were not overbearing. It's a very nice facility and the vehicles were detailed and road ready. My salesperson, Pete, was awesome to work with. Because I was coming in from out of town to check out a vehicle, I called him the day before and inquired about it. Turns out he was very honest and treated my wife and I like family when we arrived. He even gave us directions to make our drive back home more pleasant. Great job!!!

So, a week or so ago I purchased my red 200 Chrysler Convertible. I searched for a few days through tru guru, carvana, and other major car selling sites. I reached out to the dealership and within no time they were in contract with me. I don't remember a time when I felt like that were calling me too much, or threatened by other buyers. I found the car online and immediately wanted to visit the car. Instead of making an appointment since the car was local to me, I took an unannounced trip to the dealership. I was immediately greeted by Josh Hawkins who I later found out we had been speaking before I arrived via email about the car. From the time I arrived, things sort of just fell into place with this car and I. Josh was in constant contact with me and the bank, he was honest with me and my options. He was readily available to answer all calls about the car. But during the signing, there was some miscommunication (my mom and I felt) by not telling us that they would be changing the buyer and the co-buyer around, nor was it explained. And maybe that was our fault for not stopping the process and questioning right then and there. But other than that the experience with White's was exceptional! Now fast forward to today, I get an email from Josh saying that I had over paid them with the down payment and that my check would be ready for me to pick up. The honesty and integrity of the company. They had many options, they could have just applied it to the next month, applied it to the principle, KEEP IT! But they didn't! And for that I KNEW I had to write a review!
