Again, back to being treated poorly.

Again, I have a super annoying and frustrating experience with Billy Navarre when it comes to servicing my THIRD vehicle I have bought from there. It started when I called stating I had a problem with my car shaking terribly when driving. Like I can?t even talk on the phone because my voice is shaky, type shaking. I put in a call to a lady, she was friendly, but immediately shot me down when I asked if I could have a loaner if my car needed to stay over. She told me, ?Sorry, we have no loaners.? I pleaded with her to double check, because if my car had to stay, I have 3 kids and that is my main vehicle. She assured me she would work on it. I didn?t hear any yay or nay, so thought maybe it was taken care of. It wasn?t. I text my car salesman, who seemed very underwhelmed with helping me this time. He did end up speaking with some people, and called to let me know if I needed to keep it over, he had a car if I needed one. His tone seemed annoyed. I won?t deal with him again. Dorian was great. He was very patient and informative. He let me know my car needed a part that would need to be ordered, and had the cost broke down for me. He let me know he would call as soon as the part comes in. Overall. My biggest complaint is the customer service here, once again. A little goes a long way. All I?m asking for, is what I WAS PROMISED, when I purchased my vehicle from y?all. No one should feel like they don?t matter at a place you?ve easily spent more than $100,000 in the last 5-6 years. I?m tired of being treated this way and having to get upset, at 24 weeks pregnant, just to be told and helped like I should have FROM THE BEGINNING. My husband and I have decided, next car, we will be going elsewhere. I?m done being treated like I don?t matter.

New truck

Andrew Higgins our salesman went way far then my expectations to make sure the right vehicle. I never had experience with a salesman like him. That?s why I came back to purchase my second vehicle with him.

Unique process car still advertised 5 weeks later.

Tried to buy this car, a cash deal . I live a few hundred miles away and have purchased a few vehicles, distances away without issue. They declined to take my deposit, citing appointments scheduled. Per Sales Manager, it sold that weekend. Car continues to be advertised on multiple sites five weeks later. Unusual process and advertising policy to still offer a vehicle weeks after it was sold.

Awesomeness!!!!!

I have never had such a good experience with an oil change. It was fast and all of the employees are very courteous and helpful. Meagan was especially helpful and very professional. Y'all have a jam up shop that I would recommend to ANYONE. Thanks so much for the pleasurable experience.
