One of my new tires got a nail in it. Nick Richard in the Tire Dept. helped me and is a great representative of your company. He is very personable and took care of the matter efficiently. All car dealerships would be fortunate to have an employee like Nick.

BEWARE……….
BEWARE……….Joseph Figgy quoted me one price and charged me another, Josh Abbot “finance Manager” ran my credit 7 times without knowledge, even though I stressed I was paying cash. I was very uncomfortable about signing a pad (like after you swipe card) to agree to blah blah…everything was on his computer. Being a first time buyer, they saw me coming from a mile away. Sold me a vehicle with a blown head gasket and told me the warranty would cover it. Which was a lie, in fact they shouldn’t have sold the vehicle at all much less a warranty that would NEVER COVER “preexisting” issues. Those people knew this. I paid over 20,000$ this year for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with a blown head gasket and bald tires they promised to put brand new ones on. Let me ride in dangerous conditions for 4 days until they realized they “forgot” to charge me for the warranty, that was supposed to cover my entire vehicle for 4,000$ . They were unbelievably manipulative, have no problem lying to get what they want, and will bully you if you let them.. Josh the GM, told me he would refund me some money and gave me a price, HE DIDNT HONOR THE PRICE HE GAVE ME. Wrote a check, gave it to the receptionist sealed in an envelope and disappeared. I opened and saw a fraction of what he promised and of course nobody could tell me anything or wanted to help..

Don’t buy from here!
They only get 1 star because we can’t choose 0. Don’t buy a vehicle from these people. We purchased a Tahoe with these people just a year ago and it’s been in the shop 7 times since we got it. My cars already had: engine brackets replaced, starter replaced, windshield wiper motor go out, screen that controls air conditioning go out, review camera go out, handle for middle console not work, now the transmission is in the process of being replaced. Within the first couple of months having it, it went into the shop. And it keeps having to go back in the shop for stuff that shouldn’t even be going out on it yet. Not to mention the time their car wash in sulphur on Beglis scratched my car up and their repair guys in Lake Charles had to repair those. Then they over buffed my car and messed my whole hood and roof up by buffing too much of the paint out! Now it’s all faded and the scratches they buffed and waxed that go down the doors are still there. They buffed parts that didn’t even need to be buffing. They told us it was just to because. In reality they messed it up. I pointed it out and they said they were just trying to do something nice and claimed it was already like that. It wasn’t. We tried trading it in with them, but it’s worth half of what we paid for last year and they refuse to work any deal with us to get us into something safer. They blame the appraisal price on the economy. If we traded it in with them, we would be 20k upside down. I still can’t understand why they can’t help us work something out since they are the one who sold us the lemon.

I am so frustrated with billy Navarre at this point the owner needs to let me know why they sold me a messed up car.. I thought by buying a car from a big dealership I wouldn’t get messed over but I was wrong.. after having the car a few weeks I started having problems they changed the entire transmission out now I’m hearing my air bag was deployed and someone pushed it back in and tied wires together to keep the light off I’ve been having problems since I got it idk maybe have to speak to lawyers because there pretty much nonchalant about my situation as if it’s my fault they sold me a messed up car… my car has literally been at billy Navarre longer than I’ve driven it I’m sick of it foreal I would never do business again
