Excellent
I am very pleased with Martin Chevrolet. Their customer service is top notch.
Horrible service! Full warranty 2021 GMC Acadia
I have a new GMC Acadia bought in may 2021. Not even 3 month after I bought it issues with my android car play i confront dealership and they take my car in during that time I got a new phone (iPhone) dealership replaced a receiver and it made it WORSE. 2nd visit they replaced same receiver worked for 1-2 weeks then stopped. Back to dealership currently still there. They checked out the same receiver yup right receiver for my car. Nothing else done to my car GM don’t want to look more into it. (Btw it is pulling a electric hardware code!!) BRAND NEW CAR, FULL WARRANTY! Well gonna go to another dealership and keep trying to get GM TO FIX MY WARRANTED CAR! They are being LAZY!!!!! They said they would check out my WiFi in car because my WiFi and Bluetooth has to be connected to my car which it’s not suppose to NOPE! Didn’t do that. And they also check another 2021 GMC Acadia to see if it did the same thing NOPE it did not. Very frustrating!! Very unhappy! Martin Chevrolet Cleveland tx is just as lazy! And they don’t even call you to tell you updates or when they stopped working on your vehicle or what GM saying. Seems like they don’t want to work on anything either.
Martin Chevrolet
Over all great experience, Jason was very knowledgeable of the car key selling points, very prompt when responding to messages, David assisted when Jason was unavailable to assist in the replacement of a damaged part on the car, and the ?ICE? accessory manager was awesome and very thorough.
Happy
The service was great .. I knew the what kind of car I wanted going in and they provided it .. My sales guy was supernice and worked with me and I didn?t feel pressured at all . The waiting for finance was a bit long, but overall everyone was super nice .
Training Service Dept. Employees
The employees in the Service Department need to be trained on how to be professional. I was having trouble with my truck and called to schedule to bring it in on Monday. After driving my truck today my reverse went out. My husband and I called Martin Chevrolet to let them know my transmission went out and I needed to bring it in today. My husband asked if the dealership had a wrecker that would pick up my truck because it's only 6 months old with 8,326 miles on it. He was told no but gave him GM Roadside Service phone number. I called for a wrecker to take it to the dealership. When we arrive at the dealership my husband asked where do they want the wrecker driver to put my truck. He was told "the wrecker driver knows where to go". This driver was from Houston and wasn't familiar with this dealership. Then were told "in the back". Where, how do we get there? "Over there and go around back". Once the wrecker get in back we ask where do they want it parked. We were told behind the fence. When I told the guy at the dealership it didn't have reverse then we were told to leave it were it was. We asked about a loaner vehicle and was told they didn't have one available. My truck is new and shouldn't have this kind of issues nor should we have to deal with rude employees.
Bad experience
Went to look at a vehicle and drove an hour and a half to get there. Told the salesman we were coming. When we got there the car was sent to auction that morning. No phone call or telling us that is was being sent out. Bad business etiquette.
