Worst scammers lol .

Worst scammers lol .. they thought they had me and thought they were going to make a scam sale. Edna, with a name like that I would assume you had integrity. I told her I had equity in my trade in. Did she listen ? Nope. Wasted my time by asking for all my personal information , did not want to acknowledge my prequalified letter , and wanted me to have put more down when I did not HAVE TO!! Anyone that does wrong by me NEVER prosper! Good luck Edna! And Martin Chevy… count your xxxx DAYS!!!

Bad experience!

Bad experience! Drove 70 miles to test drive an Encore GX in a color I wanted only to be offered less than 1/3 value of trade in while sticker price was jacked up with mandatory add ins. They expected me to buy at near sticker price with a trade in and 5-7k down. Pure greed and arrogance.

Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC, Cleveland, Texas

I seriously have too much to write in a review about my experience over the last 4 year of trying to purchase this new vehicle. But I am going to forego all that and get to the point?. I have just taken delivery of a new a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500, Denali, 4WD, Crew Cab-Short Box purchased from Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC, 420 W Southline Street, Cleveland Tx 77372 281-761-7029. Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC is a Family own busine run This purchase makes my 5th Special order vehicle I have purchased in my life. Each and every time, I sat down to do the numbers, you leave the dealership with your head spinning as to the stuff they try to incorporate into your Sales Agreement. NOT this time, Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC did everything that I was expecting. First, let me tell you I had the Dream team working on my behalf. Shout out to; Janet Martin- Vice President, Efrain Salazar ? Sales Manager, JC Phillips ? Finance Manager and MOST important; Justin Allen ? Sales Specialist who work with me for over two years to get my new vehicle. The amount of time to get the vehicle was of no fault of this dealership, it was General Motors, Covid, Part Shortages and anything else you can think of. However, Justin Allen, walked that walk with me to make sure I was up to date on all information I needed. He listened, he heard and he was there every time I had a question, worry or concern. Thank you Justin Allen. On May 15th, I got a call from Justin saying your new truck has just arrived, come on up and get it. Of course, we went thru all that sale process at this time and I can tell you I was not pressure and being a numbers guy, all their number was what I had gone in with. The Sales manager made she I was okay with the numbers and the Finance guy did not beat me over the head trying to sell me things I didn?t want. Note: this was my 4th order of this new vehicle, twice before with different GMC dealerships who at the end of the process was inflating their number much more than I was going to do. What I can tell you about Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC is that they CARE about the customer and are will to work with you to make your Dreams come true. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you?. Horrible service! Full warranty 2021 GMC Acadia

I have a new GMC Acadia bought in may 2021. Not even 3 month after I bought it issues with my android car play i confront dealership and they take my car in during that time I got a new phone (iPhone) dealership replaced a receiver and it made it WORSE. 2nd visit they replaced same receiver worked for 1-2 weeks then stopped. Back to dealership currently still there. They checked out the same receiver yup right receiver for my car. Nothing else done to my car GM don’t want to look more into it. (Btw it is pulling a electric hardware code!!) BRAND NEW CAR, FULL WARRANTY! Well gonna go to another dealership and keep trying to get GM TO FIX MY WARRANTED CAR! They are being LAZY!!!!! They said they would check out my WiFi in car because my WiFi and Bluetooth has to be connected to my car which it’s not suppose to NOPE! Didn’t do that. And they also check another 2021 GMC Acadia to see if it did the same thing NOPE it did not. Very frustrating!! Very unhappy! Martin Chevrolet Cleveland tx is just as lazy! And they don’t even call you to tell you updates or when they stopped working on your vehicle or what GM saying. Seems like they don’t want to work on anything either.
