I bought a Ford Focus and needed some repair work on the top from a dent in it Took it and left it for 3 days. I got my car back and noticed a few days... later there is a shoe mark torn into my leather seat Greasy prints all inside my car and on the sun roof controls. My husband took it back to show them they have denied doing this to my new car. My roof panel is loose and you can see daylight also. The body shop manager called me and said they made a claim to ford for the damage and they denied it. WHY? Ford did not do this they did. They refuse to fix my car. The body guy is lying about not doing this to my new car. SO, I INFORMED HER WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE OR REFER ANYONE AGAIN TO THIS DELEARSHIP AGAIN. WE HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES THERE IT IS OBVIOUS THIS BODY SHOP IS BAD NEWS JUST GROM THE REVIEWS I CAN SEE. If Mr Anderson was still around this would have e been made good He was a good man.

this service was terrible they said they did front end linement and didnt and charged me l20.00 I didnt know it till i went to buy new tires and they... told me you dont have a front end alinement
Bought a 2018 Ford F-150. It was a used truck but only had 5700 miles on it. About 2 weeks after buying the truck the backup proximity alarm began sounding... and there was nothing there to cause it to alarm, also the right mirror would not adjust. Took it to service dept. to have it checked. The service tech pointed out small dent in the bumper. They kept my truck for 1 week saying the electrical tech was backed up. When I went to pick it up they said the mirror was disconnected and there was nothing wrong with the sensor. I drove it home and a few days later the alarm sounded again for no reason. I went to the back to look at it and noticed that the bumper was bent in on the right side. I called Ben the salesman and talked also to Mike the sales manager. The end result ( according to them ) was that I caused the damage and was responsible for paying for the damage myself. SO..... If you are unfortunate enough to purchase a vehicle from them be sure you inspect it with a fine tooth comb because they are not above slipping a damaged vehicle in on you. Personally I think they knew about the damage and because it is so minor to look for slipped it right past me. I will NEVER, EVER step foot inside this business EVER !!!
