First came by with a low tire - Jeffrey took care and

First came by with a low tire - Jeffrey took care and told me to watch tire - went dusk 10 lbs overnight - showed up at dealership next morning - Ray took my car had the tire changed to spare had my new tire ordered came in the next day Great communication and kept me updated so I did not have to worry Very nice to deal with !!

I think they were fair initially they wanted to charge me

I think they were fair initially they wanted to charge me $1500 to change a water hose that was leaking. They didn’t change when they changed the water pump that cost me $8000. But after I told them, they should’ve changed the hose when they changed the water pump they didn’t charge me so I think they’re fair

I’ve had so many issues with Landrover.

I’ve had so many issues with Landrover. This last time they didn’t clean my car. Pay all that money and they can’t even clean your vehicle. I sincerely hope that if anyone at that dealership have vehicle issues, they are not treated the way I was. One report didn’t mention limited SOS, I get an updated one now with that issue oh and a $300 charge. Never again. I found a reputable mechanic and my vehicle is now fixed fraction of the cost. Again, I hope to never deal with anyone from that dealership again! This also includes New Orleans.

No hospitality no one offered me anything to drink or

No hospitality no one offered me anything to drink or told me where the waiting room was employees passed by and never spoke to any of us sitting in the waiting room my sailesman passed and wave at me and kept going did not speak or as what I was doing there if everything was ok
