i will never go there again. two months after paying full price for a brand new vehicle, im left with a damaged vehicle covered in overspray with a lopsided bumper. lots of broken promises and wasted time.

My overall experience was great from start to finish. Tommy Bailey is the best!!! I would literally recommend any and everyone who’s looking for a vehicle to go find this man. I spoke with him over the phone, told him what I wanted, in less than an hour he called back with my approval and drove away in my 2018 Infiniti Q50 the next day. I loved his energy from start to finish. I will forever be one of his customers. Also, I can’t for get about Ryan Francis in financing he’s the best at what he does. Having dealt with these two I would have given my experience 1,000 stars but unfortunately I can only give 5.

ALERT - Read the fine print - Not as Advertised
Be very wary of this dealership, especially the tires for life and power train for life, it's just the normal tire warranty you get when you buy any tire. 2k Miles and 1.5 months after purchasing a new vehicle there and the tires for life did not Cover a brand new Tire less than 2 months old...already purchasing a new Tire. It's alot of slick talk and false promises, the general manager not only didn't honor the "tires for life" but tried to sell me a maintenance plan. I would have gladly driven an hour to the dealership for all my services but i don't trust their word or service. Overall a good experience as far as purchasing went but the after purchase experience has made me take my business to a local retailer instead. Not sure they really care I just want future customers to go in with their eyes open and don't get taken in by grand claims and promises...they are not there.

HORRIBLE and SCAMMERS
Poor quality vehicles! I bought a brand new Maxima! The car has been barely driven! Less than 10,000 miles and so many items on the car “needed” repair or replacement! I will NEVER purchase anything from this car dealership. I will tell others to stay away from this car dealership!
