I recently purchased a vehicle from Reineke Honda, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic my experience was—thanks entirely to Jason Crouse. From the moment I walked in, Jason was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. What sets Jason apart is his professionalism combined with a laid-back, no-pressure approach. He took the time to answer all my questions (and there were a lot!), explained every feature in detail, and worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in making the car-buying process enjoyable. Even after the sale, Jason followed up to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. That kind of service is rare these days. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Jason Crouse. You won’t find a better or more trustworthy salesman in the business. Highly recommended!

Olivia was fantastic!

Olivia was fantastic! So helpful with information about the car and no pressure to buy. I appreciated having a woman sales person to explain all the icons, etc. on the dash. She was even able to get a person come pick me up from Tiffin to take me to Findlay to pick up the new car which was a big help. Highly recommend Olivia!

So kind and helpful.

So kind and helpful. It was my first time buying a new car and she made the experience so enjoyable. I love my car and she was knowledgeable about any questions I might have with the new functions. She also coordinated bringing my older car to my residence and I am very appreciative of her effort.

They did not provide a clear out the door price so I

We had a great experience in purchasing our new Honda CRV

We had a great experience in purchasing our new Honda CRV with the help of Tonia Brown. From the initial response when we inquired about a car online, test driving the car and answering all the questions we had. Tonia made the whole buying process a breeze. We would work with Tonia again for any other car purchases as well as anyone at the dealership. Also Conrad in the financing department was awesome too.
