I saw a vehicle at this dealership's new inventory tab

I saw a vehicle at this dealership's new inventory tab and began inquiring about it. First I received a couple of nice emails welcoming my inquiry and inviting me to the dealership for a visit. During the scheduling of the visit, I was assigned a sales rep, Kenneth Robinson. At the assigned time, we (wife and I) met with Kenneth. We inquired about the vehicle we were interested in and found out that it was "in transit" but not received yet. But Kenneth showed us an exact version of our choice but a different color and we looked it over and test drove it. We wanted to know the ETA of the one we wanted. We actually hoped to have the vehicle for our 51st anniversary which was just a couple of days away. That was most likely not going to be possible with the transit schedule. But.....Kenneth got busy on the phone and he found an identical vehicle only a day or two away! We asked him to get it for us. The next day he called us and said that our new Jeep was on site and ready for us proceed. We came back in, met with Kenneth to finalize the deal, got a reasonable trade in, had a couple of other requests regarding tires and wheels; both were satisfied to our liking. Kenneth was great to work with, the other associates we encountered while in the dealership were all very friendly and helpful; made sure we were welcome and comfortable as we waited at times for our requests to be fulfilled. Overall, rather than like going to the dentist, this was a rather plesant experience.

ZERO Stars!

ZERO Stars! This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I scheduled my appointment online two days ahead and clearly listed what needed to be looked at. No one called to confirm, no questions, nothing. I show up, and they had no clue I even had an appointment. What a warm welcome. I told them again I needed an oil change and some issues looked into. Appointment was at 2 PM. No one gave me any updates for hours — I had to go ask what was going on, only to find out they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle and had to order it. That’s something they should’ve checked before I got there. Five hours later, they finally finished the oil change — and completely ignored the other things I asked to be looked at after the service rep told me they were looking into some of my issues. Straight lies to my face. No respect, no communication, no urgency, no accountability and no professionalism. I wasted half a day for basic service they weren’t even prepared for. Completely unacceptable! Would never recommend this service department to anyone. DON’T waste your time here unless you think sitting in a waiting room half the day for a xxxx oil change sounds like fun.

Everything about my repair experience was excellent.

Everything about my repair experience was excellent. Easy to make an appointment. Easy to check in. Mike went over all the items with me clearly before any work was started. The waiting room is comfortable, with snacks and a pretty cool coffee maker. The team keeps you well informed of what's going on. I can't think of an improvement.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a factory

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a factory recall. After returning home, another issue arose, but this dealership truly earned 5 stars with their outstanding service. By the next morning, they had my truck towed back, quickly identified and fixed the problem, and even delivered it back to my home. Adam, Josiah, and the team were efficient, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. Their professionalism and commitment to making things right were beyond impressive. I appreciate their dedication to top-notch service and highly recommend them!

Ben Katzenmeyer did a great job with helping us get into our new RAM. Ben & the staff at Nyle Maxwell Taylor went above & beyond the processes from choice of vehicle to finance. The truck for us was not in stock at the dealership, so Ben hunted one down & had it deliverable the same day. Ben is knowledgeable & explained & answered every questions we had. It hard to say this but it’s time to look for a new

It hard to say this but it’s time to look for a new dealership. I feel the experience could have been better. I explained what my lines were and finance and sales didn’t seem to communicate well. Then not even having the my jeep 24 hours I had to get with support and it went horribly wrong. I see this as a team effort and it was not a great experience so I have to give the stars ..
