I recently purchased a new Pacifica from this dealership.

I recently purchased a new Pacifica from this dealership. Edgar was the sales associate that greeted me. He was professional, kind, and respectful, I never felt pressured. After my purchase he delivered the vehicle himself and patiently answered all of my questions. Definitely the best experience I have ever had in buying a car.

We have going to this dealership for service for at least

We have going to this dealership for service for at least 10 years. Unfortunately, we have seen a sharp decline in the quality of the service in the last 9 months. We made an appointment for recall work a month ago. We are now going on day 3 before we will be able to pick it up. No one answers the phone or returns calls.Because we travel, this is our only vehicle. The only rental car in the area was $148/day.We won’t be returning.

My wife and I have been car shopping for the last few months and after visiting several dealerships in the Austin area, we finally went to a dealership in Taylor, TX that didn’t try and take advantage of you with the current shortage of vehicles, interest rates, etc. We worked with both Toa and Harry who were outstanding. They both went the extra mile so that my wife and I could drive away with two brand new vehicles. Car buying is never easy, and it’s time consuming, but they made being at the dealership for 4-5 hours worth while. They cared about our wants/needs when it came to a vehicle, and they also listened to us when we discussed our budget. That’s rare for a car dealership. Their professionalism and kindness was second to none. I would not trade anywhere else from here on out, and I will send everyone I know (family/friends) to them if they are in the market for a new/used vehicle. The entire team was great, to include the sales managers and the finance guy. The paperwork signing was very efficient and quick once we arrived at a fair deal. Both Toa and Harry explained how to use all of the technology in our vehicles thoroughly as well. Toa went above and beyond for my Dodge Ram truck by adding the foot rails and Bed liner after market prior to me picking up the vehicle. That’s what I call first class service. I’ve never had a car buying experience like the one I did at Nyle Maxwell Dodge in Taylor, TX.

BEST car buying experience EVER!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I brought my 2020 Ram 5500 to this dealership 119k miles on my truck with issues regarding to my DPF filling up and being in regeneration nonstop. At this time my truck threw the codes for P2BAC-00 NOx Exceedance – deactivation of EGR and P1451-00 Diesel Particulate filter System Performance. Which as four other dealerships have confirmed means a service on my EGR was needed at this time. Rather Nyle Maxwell diagnoses this as a turbo failure with as the other four stores confirmed which is seen when code P2262 is thrown. Thankful for myself my turbo was replaced at 30K miles and this part was under dodges 2-year unlimited mile warranty that I had to explain and teach Schwinn the service manager about, because he was attempting to make my pay for this with my extended warranty. So, after four days of back and forth and having the four other dealerships in the area explain to Schwinn, he was completely wrong he finally did his job correct and warrantied the item. At this point if the turbo would have fixed the problems my codes would have been gone and I would have gone on in my marry way. Not to mention that two of my spare tires were stolen or taken off at the dealership and never returned. At 125K miles due to the initial problem of P2BAC-00 and P1451-00 never being resolved and still having the codes on my truck I find myself back at Nyle Maxwell with a completely clogged DPF system. At this point the all-knowing Schwinn who has now not understood how his own warranty process works and mis diagnosing the truck has informed me that I need to replace my entire DPF system which is around 5k with parts and labor after just billing dodge over 8k for turbo and bracket that wasn’t even broken. With the DPF system needing to be replaced and dodges warranty on the system only being 1 year or 12k miles I went through with the repairs. While it cleared out my filter and took my truck out of regeneration this does solve the issue of why my truck DPF system failed. Due to my EGR codes P2BAC-00 and P1451-00 still being on my truck and told that the turbo and the complete DPF system would eliminate the codes even though the codes have nothing to do with the systems that I have replaced. After being released from the dealership once again and told that I will be fine I am now cross country in South Carolina with a DPF system that is continuously in Regeneration mode. After speaking with the service manager at JT dodge in Columbia South Carolina he printed every single page of service that has been done to this truck and broke down the multitude of failures that occurred while at Nyle Maxwell. They are performing an EGR cleaning in order to fix the cause of the problem unlike Nyle Maxwell dodge. I will attach paperwork for every single instance and failure this dealership has done to this truck. After writing this review I will be contacting Ram customer service to have them open up an investigation into the wrongful diagnosis of vehicles and billing Ram for parts that aren’t even part or causing the issues for repair. Then I will be speaking to a personal attorney for loss of wages due to incompetence of the entire dealership. I truly hope that for everyone that takes their vehicle to this dealership for service be warry and personally drive the distance to the next dodge dealership due to the failures of every level of management.

Highly recommend

Inno was very professional and listened to everything I said I wanted. He presented me with options and never made me feel pressured to buy something else. Not only that but he did everything in his power to make sure I went home with the car that I wanted. As a buyer I couldn’t appreciate anything more than that from a salesman. Highly recommend doing business with inno if you come to this dealership and are looking for another car.
