    Still waiting on a warranty repair for wobble on my new f250. Jaenae will not return my calls and neither will the service manager Mr Hatfield, for over... 2 months now. I will be contacting Ford, BBB and ALL other entities I can until this is resolved. This is ridiculous!

    Just a quick recommendation of and compliments to the folks at Gabriel Jordan. Ford in Livingston, Texas. .I needed a low mileage used car and they came... through like Gang Busters. They gave me good trade in value and good price on the new used car. The transaction was quick and painless. If you are looking for a new or used truck, SUV or car, check with Terry or Clint. Tell them Pete sent you.

    Attention Buyers PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THE HENDERSON LOCATION. CHAD is most unprofessional general manager an doesn’t have any integrity.... Chad is all about greed and not the customer/ buyer.I purchased a Chevy Tahoe January 31. The vehicle has had so many problem.... Gabriel Jordan knew they sold me a lemon. I would recommend buyers stay away from these wolves in sheep’s clothing. Will NEVER buy here again

    we have Purchased 2, 2015 trucks from this dealership.We are now trying to trade the last truck in on another vehicle. The odometer check shows inconsistent... mileage. Carfax shows this truck to have had 84,615 miles on it before we purchased it in 2015. The amount of mileage showing on the truck and on our contract when we purchased it was 38,363. 2 yrs. later our truck shows 20,000 less miles on it than before we purchased it, making it worth roughly $8,000 less money. IF any dealership or individual was interested in buying it. with this can of report. We of course went right back to Gabrial /Jordan Ford and asked them to help us clear this up. They refused, saying it was our problem and they didn't deal with Carfax. Everyone but one person we tried to trade this truck with, did. They also said that they had proof that the mileage on the truck was correct when we bought it. They wouldn't give us a copy of that proof, nor would they contact carfax and give them that proof. We have been loyal customers of this dealership for many years. This is the way they treat their loyal customers. Should we all check Carfax before we purchase from this dealership? Do they often sell vehicles where there is a 50,000 mileage difference showing on one of the most popular car reporting agencies? They couuld have straightened this out for us in a few minutes, we even offered to pay any cost that they would be billed.

    I love keeping business in our home town and when the services matches the sales experience, life is good. Gabriel/Jordan Ford exceeded our expectations... in dealing with a tire problem. We will continue to be loyal customers. They are the best New car dealer in Livingston and the service is the best.

    For a process that can so often b uncomfortable to say the least, this transaction went very smoothly. Kudos to all those involved in my recent purchase.... Made our holiday that much brighter to have been given what we considered a fair deal on our purchase. Would recommend with no hesitation.

    Just purchased a new Ford F150. I live in Plano Tx, and dealt with the sales people all by phone. After finding the truck I wonted the deal was made and... delivered to my home in Plano. I will be doing business with Gabriel Jordon Ford for a long time.
