My wife check out the Buick Lacrosse that you had online. Mr. Sammy gave her a call and began answering all her questions. Then I talked to Mr. Sammy,... and quoted a price that made us interested enough to drive from Prairieville and check it out and to possibly make a deal. Mr. Sammy was very knowledgeable, professional, made us feel like family. Mr. Dereck treated us with total honesty and respect. For the first time in my forty five years of buying vehicles we had the most satisfying, and pleasant dealing when it came to purchasing our Buick. We agreed on price without the usual run around, and bickering back and forth. Thank you Mr. Sammy, and Mr. Dereck for this wonderful experience.

Such an enjoyable experience to purchase a car here. From the Owner, Finance Manager, Salesmen, Service Manager, Service Writers, Service Tech's, Parts... Manager and Cashiers we always have great relations no matter what the reason is for the visit. With this experience, knowledge and customer service there is no need to go anywhere else.

Not so good! Waited a over 3 hours and was being multi task with other clients. No personal customer service as in the past. Walked out and purchased another... vehicle somewhere else. Three days later get an email did I send in my application? P.T. the salesman I had for my last 2 purchases was no longer there. So I feel strongly I will not be traveling this distance again to be treated with disrespect. I was willing to wait my turn. But to be placed in the middle of the dealership at a table full of auto brochures and left for an extreme length of time and returning discussing my business in the middle of a show room. THAT’S NOT PROFESSIONAL at ALL. I wish this dealership the best. And with a little tweeting I feel you could get it together. You have ALWAYS had the product I was in need of. And I would have purchased my vehicle that day. I love it! But I had to go elsewhere and get it. It’s �� sad you lost a sale for being selfish.
