I recently bought a 2022 ram 1500 big horn from here.

I recently bought a 2022 ram 1500 big horn from here. After a lot of searching and going around looking at multiple dealerships I was happy to find what I was looking for at the crestveiw location. Shircara was very pleasant and professional. Most of the other locations we went to, folks would just glance up at you and not say a word. Shircara made sure to introduce herself and did everything she could to help and answer questions and show us around. It was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and she made sure it was a pleasurable experience for sure.

Deceptive Listing

When dealers list cars, the "deal gauge" shows the value compared to the same exact make and model. By listing an inferior model but listing it as the most valuable model, a dealer can trick Cars.com into having a "Great Deal" rating when the car is NOT a great deal, it is just listed as a superior model than the one they are actually selling. Worst service department ever.

Worst service department ever. Appointment scheduled over the phone and explained what was happening. The lady on the phone got me an appointment for the next morning. She asked if I was going to wait or leave the vehicle. I said I would be waiting. Ok no problem. Showed up to the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT THEY SET. Sat In line for 40 minutes. A lady came out and asked what they can help me with. I explained I have a 9 o'clock appointment. She said ok give me a minute. No problem. A guy comes out and asked how he could help. Once again explained my appointment and what the issue was.. I explained I will be waiting for a diagnosis of whats wrong with my truck or a repair. At this point he said we don't have time for you today you will.need to reschedule. I drove an hour to my appointment and sat in line for 30 minutes just to be told I would need to reschedule. If they would have looked at my truck and said we need to order parts you need to leave the truck here or bring it back that would have been fine. But to just tell me I need to reschedule because he don't have time for me today unacceptable. I told him they just lost all of my business. No apology or anything when I said they just lost all my business. He kinda just shrugged his shoulder like who cares. BE VERY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Was working out of town when my daughter’s 2017 Renegade

Was working out of town when my daughter’s 2017 Renegade overheated. I had it towed here for service. Service Advisor told me to expect 10-14 days til they could look at it, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call within a week. Unfortunately, I was told it was the electric cooling fan & replacement would cost $1000! This fan had already been replaced (prior to the recall for a commonly known problem but which didn’t include our particular Jeep). Since we had already replaced the fan w one that has a lifetime warranty, I said no thanks & picked up the Jeep. Tested the fan w jumper wires & found it in working order, then found the blown fuse…after replacement everything works as normal. I brought this to the attention of the service manager, requesting the return of my $180 “diagnostic fee” but was told that the fuse was merely a symptom & clearly the fan is bad & even though this is a well known fault with Renegades, mine is not covered. I’m disappointed, I won’t be back & recommend you don’t do business here either.

Worst customer service I have even seen as they have

Worst customer service I have even seen as they have hidden fees and even sold me the wrong part for my car promising it would fit, which it doesn’t and now won’t accept the return because of their non returnable policy… but I would have bought a different part that I new fit my car if they hadn’t told me otherwise.
