My daughter has been a strong proponent of David Scott Lee dealership for years- when I needed service on my GMC truck I called LEE - I was impressed that they offered to pick up the truck or service at my home if possible with their mobile service truck - as it turned out they picked it up returned it with requested service done and the truck was sparkling clean I am now working with them to purchase another truck - and that too has also been a pleasurable experience. Anyone can sell you a car or truck - Service after the sale REALLY MATTERS to me. Peter.Bos

Very accomodating on appointment times. Their service is as advertised."The Best". On time. Their service reps keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle. They have complimentary drinks, coffee and snacks while you wait. They have a nice charging and work counter so you can keep working or staying in touch with your friends. The TV is big and nice. (It should stay on CC, so people can know what they are saying) That's the only downside.

I want to specifically recognize DP, my Service Advisor, and Kevin, the Service Manager, for their outstanding customer service. My vehicle required a fuel pump control module replacement just outside of the warranty period, and both DP and Kevin took the time to review my situation and work with me toward a resolution. DP was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kevin demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction by carefully considering my concerns and helping address an issue that occurred shortly after warranty coverage ended. Their willingness to assist, communicate openly, and advocate on my behalf made a significant difference. In an industry where customer service can vary greatly, DP and Kevin exemplified what great service should look like. I truly appreciate their efforts and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership’s service department to others. -Joshua Lepper
