    Worked a deal over the phone with a salesman and a manager since I live a few hours away. I couldn't get there when they liked because of work and... family, they sold the truck from under me and then didn't even let me know. I texted the salesman to see about making the drive and all he replied was "sold".

    All I can say is not to deal with them because once you have problems they will turn away and will not try to help with anything but they will try to say... " We are trying to help you" but all those are just words and no actions"

    Jim Teller...worst service manager ever. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but none was not an option.I have taken my car to the service department 4 times... for the same problem, paid twice and the problem is still not fixed. He continues to want me to pay for the same job and will not put me in a car like they have done before. He wants me to rent a car from them at $35 a day. For what to continue taking my money and still not fix my car?

    According to our records, your vehicle was brought to us by another entity in July 2014, and at 46,000 miles, for a water leak in the trunk area. We ...replaced the trunk seal and they were charged $92.74. You brought the vehicle back in May 2015 at 68,000 with a water leak which we could not detect. You were reimbursed for that visit. In June 2015, the vehicle was brought back with the same persistent leak, and we removed the interior and water tested the car using high pressure washers, and running the car through the car wash, and still could not duplicate the leak. Leaks of this nature can be very difficult to identify unless the exact conditions can be recreated, such as did the leak occur when running through high water, etc. Since these leaks are noticed typically sometime after the event, the exact conditions are usually not known. As for multiple charges, the only charge that has been paid (or not reimbursed) for this repair is the original $92.74 paid by the original entity. We also provided a no charge rental car during the latest repair attempt. I am sorry that after multiple attempts, we have been unable to get the vehicle to leak while in our possession. Our goal is always to repair any vehicle correctly the first time. If you were charged the $92.74 by the other entity that originally brought the vehicle to us, we will also gladly reimburse you for that.

    Had a great buying experience with a young man named Cody in the used vehicle department. I was recently looking for a Toyota Tacoma and came upon one... on cars.com and the team was quick to respond via email the next morning. After talking over a week and answering many of the questions I had since I could not see the truck in person (I live outside Dallas) I decided the truck was the one I wanted. I had planned a flight down to pick up the truck the next day. After a fiasco of a trip down there the team got me in and out quickly with a fresh detail and a full tank of gas to hit the road back home! They have even done follow up contacts with me to make sure I am satisfied with the truck, which I am 100%. I wish there were more dealerships like them in the Dallas area!

    I did not purchase a car at Bates but I do use them for service on my 370z. Every time I come here I am greated and treated as if I am the only customer... that matters. Dealing with the retail parts department has been easy and all questions, no matter how hard have been researched and confirmed. I put alot of trust and confidence in the representative Emilio Montez and his knowledge of how things work not only for my car but how things get done at Bates professionaly. I recommend them under all circumstances to anyone that has a Nissan product.

    Live in ausin found amazing deal on Bates Nissan website for '05 Tahoe got approved was going to kileen next morning to make down payment and take it home.... Called morning when on my way and was told they might have sold it. I was so frustrated by then with all different people I had to deal w no one knew all details of my purchase. I hung up and drove back to Austin. Got a better deal anyway

    I went to a few car lots in killeen tx and they were all HORRIBLE...except this one! I worked with David and Menterro who were both very helpful and patient... with me. (Im not always the most patient person) They were friendly and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. The atmosphere there was clean and friendly...no pushy salesman which was great and I love my new altima! This is the place to go!!!
