The sales experience was good. After vehicle delivery though, voice mails to James went unanswered. Most voice mails were questions when I would receive my registration paperwork. Then, with no answers, when we were down to 5 days remaining before the paper plates expired, I contacted my daughter (the office Mgr for the Benny Boyd Dodge dealership in Lampasas) to get involved to assist. She sleuths out contact info for the CFO sending a detailed email that was answered almost immediately and resulted in receiving the needed registration paperwork THE SAME DAY!!! The Garlyn Shelton organization needs to implement a system making it easier for customers to get answers to these type of important questions.

Dalesman lied to me and continued to lie till I told him he could leave! All he cared about was a sale and not what i wanted. I have been doing alot of research so that the salesmans xx was obvious! Went to Waco and was treated with Honesty.and respect!!!

David Hardcastle selection advisor, was very polite, patient & understanding. He showed me several vehicles in the price range I desired. My trade-in was unsafe to drive, due to David's concern about that he allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles home keeping each over night. The 3rd one a charm! A used 2020 Rogue in excellent condition. Joe the finance manager found a great loaner plus he helped me resolve a situation with Dignifi when it was thought my car could be repaired. Jimmy in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about my down payment. If I need to buy another car, I will visit GS Nissan as well as GS Mazda. Jason @ Mazda showed me a few vehicles,but were not the right fit. He then introduced me to David Hardcastle. I would buy a vehicle from Jason or David.

Delivered a broken car to my driveway.
Delivered a broken car to my driveway. The manager would not return the money and allow me to shop elsewhere within 24hr of purchase. The manager at this place is Sheisty. Steer clear of this place. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!
