My 2015 Ford Escape had been making a rattling noise in the back tailgate that was driving me crazy. I called and when I described it to the person on the phone he knew exactly what it was and told me to bring it in the next day. I took it in and had a seat in the waiting room figuring it would take a while to fix it since the service dept. was so busy. I was wrong. They had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way out the door. I have been buying vehicles from Jim Peach Motors for almost 20 years and the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and have taken care of any problems that I have ever had with my vehicles.

Great service and price
Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I bypassed two local dealerships and drove an hour to purchase from Jim Peach because of the customer service and of course the great price. The sales floor was a little crowded thought.
