Poor Customer Service

I purchased a car from this dealership and decided I would cancel the extended service agreement the very next day. My husband and I returned to the dealership and signed the necessary cancellation papers which had to be notarized and sent to the contractor that held these agreements. This purchase was in March and the dealership failed to send the cancellation needless to say, after multiple attempts to rectify this situation with phone calls, here it is June and it had still not been done. Well today June the 9th I had enough, I contacted the service contractor to find out what I needed to do to rectify this situation. I started making calls this morning before 10 o'clock and at 4:35 p.m. it is finally done. But only because after multiple phone calls to the dealership going to the dealership that they now claim the Financial Manager works at because she moved to another dealership the owner owns, asking for the owners information and threatening to contact a lawyer did it get done. GOOD LUCK to any one purchasing a car here and getting good customer service after the sale...

Felicia, I am very sorry about your experience with the financing department. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. One unhappy customer is one too many for us. I am not sure why the paperwork was not sent in, nor do I plan on making excuses. Please accept my genuine apology. Thank you, Sevan Pulliam Internet Sales Manager

My 88 year old father was taken to the cleaners by these...

My 88 year old father was taken to the cleaners by these people and having spoke with them myself, they just don't care. My father purchased a new 2013 Buick LaCrosse. He traded in a 2008 Buick Lucerne. The car had 45,212 miles on it and according to the sales manager the sales manager considered the car a rough trade in because of a body style change. The NADA book and Kelly Blue Book both gave the car a trade in value of between $10,000.00 and $11,400.00. The resale of the car was said to be worth $14,000.00 plus. My father was given $ 7,000.00 trade in and that was supposedly including the fact that it had very low mileage. In fact NADA gave it $2,000.00 addition for the low mileage. I was told the car would be worth maybe $9,000.00 resale on their lot, but they listed it at $13,988.00. When you make basically 100% profit off of a customer that has been a repeat customer there is something wrong. They just flat out took advantage of an 88 year old man and that is criminal. Every business has to make money, but this is just wrong. There is no way you can justify what was done. I also contacted Buick as well and they basically said they had no control over the dealerships.
