Transmission shift problems.

dealer said shift problem was due to a fill time, requiring operator to warmup engine first, and instructed dealer there's not a fix. My owners manual says nothing about a pre warm up prior to driving that allows for a fill time for the clutches proper shifting. This is nonsense if they can't or won't fix problem they could offer me an extended transmission warranty free of charge to original buyer. That would only be fair.i need to find a class action lawsuit to add my name too.

Lasseter Motors - Great Purchase Experience

Meredeth was fantastic and made the car buying experience super easy. Eli gave me a test drive on Saturday, and I purchased the Bolt on Monday. No pressure at all and the entire team was friendly and helpful. Definitely go to Lasseter for your next car!

Request CarFax!!

My son bought a truck from Lasseter Motors. Salesman represented it as a 1 owner, low miles, gently used truck. My son made the mistake of trusting them by their reputation. It was my sons mistake for not asking for the CarFax. Turned out it was a 3 or 4 owner truck and had been wrecked. I write this review to warn future car and truck buyers to request the CarFax report! The transmission went out a couple of months later also. They do not stand behind their vehicles and they deceive people with their words. Money is the main objective, not customer service and satisfaction. Do your research so you don’t have to find out the hard way. It’s costly on top of the money you spend on the vehicle. I’m stressing this! Request CarFax!

Problem Fixers

I had my wife's 2017 XTS Cadillac brought in for servicing. They found a leak on a my hydraulic suspension. The problem was fixed, and cover with the vehicles warranty. The staff is Great!

What the heck!

Went there to check out an'05 Camry, listed at $6995. Young salesman comes out, I tell him I am interested in the car...he proceeds to tell me he had just ran the numbers on the Camry and it is $10,500 out the door! My math is pretty good & $7000 + $540 tax = $3000 in dealer fees? Duh

The customer service in the service department was exceptional. The overall experience was discounted due to the time it took to get the part for repairs. The first part got in shipment, which was beyond their control, and they re-ordered it, having it delivered overnight. I wish they'd originally had it shipped overnight and I would've gotten my truck back 3 weeks earlier. However, I would use them again without hesitation!
