This was by far the BEST car-buying experience I've ever

This was by far the BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! They offered me the best price on my trade, beating all other dealerships within a 100-mile radius by over $2,000 dollars, and they offer the best selection of financing my purchase, and they even threw in an extended warranty on the vehicle, and on my tires and rims for the life of my loan. Jake, my salesman, was top-notch and should really get a raise for all the hard work he did on my behalf! The finance manager was top-notched too! Just all the way around, Nalley GMC of Brunswick hit everything a customer could ask for, and more! They even threw in a few Nalley GMC ballcaps, and a Nalley GMC polo shirt for FREE with my purchase of the GMC Sierra and some running boards and front license plate bracket. The only thing they could have done better would be to have thrown in an extra polo shirt for my wife to wear! We love Nalley GMC and we want to show off our pride of ownership and we'll definitely be sending all of our friends and family to Nalley for their next auto purchase, and we plan on going back there when it comes time for our next auto purchase! Maybe you guys could ask the GM to throw in that Navy blue XXL Nalley GMC polo shirt so we can wear it with pride, or if not, then sell it to me. I'll be glad to pay for the shirt to get the privilege of showing off the dealership and in referring my friends and family to the Nalley GMC dealership in Brunswick.

Ask for Sally in sales and/or Grant in finance they will

Ask for Sally in sales and/or Grant in finance they will make you feel right at home and eager to listen and answer any questions that you may have. No one hates car shopping more than I do. BUT Nalley GMC made my car shopping a quick and painless experience without the feeling of being rushed. Everything was taken care of online and when I went in to sign and pickup my vehicle I was in and out in under an hour.

I had an amazing experience with the service department

I had an amazing experience with the service department at Nalley GMC. I showed up on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, and they were able to get me in right away. Despite the late timing, they quickly diagnosed the issue with my truck, found the necessary parts, and had everything fixed and ready to go by 6 PM. What really stood out to me was their communication throughout the process. They kept me updated on their progress, which gave me peace of mind and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service from start to finish! Highly recommend!

Key would not come out of ignition

I have had issues with my 2022 Canyon in which sometimes the key will not come out of the ignition after placing in Park & shutting it off. This has been a difficult service as it is intermittent. Parts were ordered and this service went well. Excellent customer service with Leslie (prior to & during service), Julianne at check in and the shuttle driver Kayla. All were friendly and I felt importance as a customer (even though vehicle issues are frustrating). Great job, thanks!

Buyer Beware

Uses the MSRP price to list in Cars.com, but when you call they add $10k too the price. Not a good way to do business. It's really not fair to the other honest dealers, too.

Look elsewhere

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I reached out a few weeks ago about a new GMC Yukon. Originally, the salesman quoted me a $10,000 market adjustment to the vehicle. I passed and moved on to another dealership. There are plenty of dealerships out there that are not charging market adjustments. The Nalley sales manager, Mark Walker, reached back out to me a week or so later wanting to close a deal. I offered the MSRP and Nalley price listed on the dealership's website and confirmed that a market adjustment would be a deal breaker. The sales manager raised the online price to include a hidden market adjustment in the buyer's order. Save yourself some trouble and negotiate in a professional manner with a different dealership.
