Uses the MSRP price to list in Cars.com, but when you call they add $10k too the price. Not a good way to do business. It's really not fair to the other honest dealers, too.

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I reached out a few weeks ago about a new GMC Yukon. Originally, the salesman quoted me a $10,000 market adjustment to the vehicle. I passed and moved on to another dealership. There are plenty of dealerships out there that are not charging market adjustments. The Nalley sales manager, Mark Walker, reached back out to me a week or so later wanting to close a deal. I offered the MSRP and Nalley price listed on the dealership's website and confirmed that a market adjustment would be a deal breaker. The sales manager raised the online price to include a hidden market adjustment in the buyer's order. Save yourself some trouble and negotiate in a professional manner with a different dealership.

# 1 in my book for car service
For those that have written negative reviews. I completely disagree. I have been with Nalley for 3 months as a new resident of the area. I have been a car owner for more than 35 years. I have lived in 11 states over the last 20 years. I have never had such an accommodating experience with pure professionalism. Mike, Ashley and Chris have to be some of the most professional and considerate service representatives I have ever worked with. Timely should be part of their motto. The service techs have never allowed either one of my vehicle to leave with a problem. Moreover, it seems that they go above and beyond in the safety and comfort of knowing when I leave I have had the best underneath and throughout my vehicles. The experience is on of high standards in operation. The shop is spotless, that alone let me know visually that I was in the right place. Nalley is fortunate to have the staff and team they have assembled. I recommend the Nalley team to all passing through or residents in place. I will start by saying I thought this dealership was...
I will start by saying I thought this dealership was different. I couldn't be more wrong. Like many in this current state of the country, they also are practicing a form of bait and switch. Buy with caution. The listed/advertised price will not be what you will be offered. Yes it will be that vehicle, however there will be an additional amount on the offer sheet called "market value adjustment" or something to that effect. In my research that could be upwards of 10k more than MSRP. If you are desperate or don't care about paying MSRP plus the additional 10k than that's good for you. It's not the fact that a dealer can charge what they want, its the fact that that amount is not listed anywhere until you start the negotiation. So don't bother with the online buying tool it will be far above the amount you are thinking. Again if you are testing the waters or serious about buying, ask about the hidden amount before you waste your time.
