We have bought our last 5 cars from Action. For the last car, Cheryl Reynolds quickly understood exactly what we needed and narrowed the cars down for us. We picked one, she pulled it, had it detailed and out the door quickly. Have called her with questions after the sale, and she is always willing to help. We consider her a friend. Whenever we need service, Lynn is always eager to help us and the service is excellent. The waiting area is comfortable and very clean. This past week, an unidentified person hit our car door, went to Mike in the body shop for an estimate. He was personable, very efficient and also provided us with a fair estimate. He gave us a timeline for doing the work and a paper copy of the estimate. I love doing business with this dealership! Will continue to work with this great team.

Action Buick - GMC, Dothan, AL
Had Buick serviced yesterday. There was a special of $20. off if a battery was purchased, so I requested they check my battery. They checked it and charged me $25, for doing so, then they told me my battery needed to be replaced but that they didn't have any in stock. When I paid the bill there was a 2.75% if a credit card was used which was not disclosed to me before service was performed. The next day I went to Battery Source to have the battery replaced just to be told there was nothing wrong with my battery. Be careful, be very careful if you have your vehicle serviced at Action Buick - GMC in Dothan, AL.

Excellent Experience
Cheryl was great! It has been a long time since a sales rep showed us a full demo of our vehicle and we trade in every 3 years. This our first time purchasing from Action and we most definitely will be a repeat client due to the experience with Cheryl. Tyler in financing put the icing on the cake with answering all the questions I had about financing options and he was able to find a lender to get us to a desired interest. Click to Copy

Mike Chaney, service advisor, was rude to begin with, then accused me of mistreatment of my vehicle. I will not do any further Business with them either in sales or service.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation
Up until about 2 years ago I received $5 GMC service discounts via coupons received by email. Apparently GM has discontinued these discounts. At that time, I paid $35 in total for an oil change and tire rotation. Now the costs for the same services is $79. It appears that customer loyalty and retention are no longer important to GM. I realize that the cost to provide labor and services has significantly increased but GM should find a way to create incentives so that loyal customers don?t seek alternative and less expensive service providers.
