I was coerced into a repair after saying no, they did it anyway to a $558.00 charge that I was not prepared for. This happened when I went to get my vehicle after an oil change which I had to pay on top of the $558.00 charge. I was taken advantage of.

Service department is excellent!
Service department is excellent! The staff greet you as soon as you drive up. They let you know how long the service should take, show you to the waiting area, and offer complimentary water and snacks! They update you while you're waiting and the car is ready on time. And my windshield and carpet is cleaner and the air is on when I get in the car. Great service!

Terrible service dept
When I purchased my vehicle the dealership side was awesome. Service is sub par at best. I brought my car in for service and when I received it back the side mirror was making a noise that it didn’t make prior to going in. I was told it wasn’t anything to do with them and it was my problem

Had flat tire this morning, and Tyler was able to get me taken care of without an appointment. In and out in no time at all.

Wouldnt send my bicycle there for alignment. The guy who run the alignment machine omg. The worse. They had a great thing going about 6 months ago with the porter and service setup. The 2 oldest technicians there are the best. The manager and parts set up should be thrown out and started again from scratch.
