Everyone I interacted with was superb. Harl was very attentive to my concerns and couple of weeks earlier with my truck. This week he took my appt right away for my car and I was in and out in less than an hour with its oil change!

My previous experience with this dealership has been
My previous experience with this dealership has been great this time however not so much. Purchased a brand new platinum f150. The truck was levelled and delivered yet the front of the truck was 1.5 inches higher than the rear. They said “most people do not take a level to the truck” a level was not needed as the error was visually detectable. I also had a cover put on the rear. This was installed incorrectly and would not close properly when the tailgate was closed. Simultaneously I purchased a second brand new truck for my son. He too had a levelling kit installed this time his truck was 1.5 inches higher in the rear than the front. I was made to feel that my dissatisfaction with my purchases was causing me to make issues that did not exist. I paid out of pocket to correct all issues and do not think I will do business with Mile again.

I recently brought my vehicle in to have the tailgate
I recently brought my vehicle in to have the tailgate mechanism repaired, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They answered all of my questions. They ordered the parts and installed them in a timely manner. The tailgate now works perfectly.
